Navona Street Hotel

Although we did not stay at the hotel, we had breakfast there daily while visiting Rome. The breakfast was excellent, well priced and far better than other ones we suffered thru before discovering this place. You can eat outside regardless if you’re a hotel guest or not. Our server Anastasia was excellent and made eating here even more delightful! To me, there are 3 aspects of dining out; the Food of course, Atmosphere and then your Server. When all 3 come together it becomes much more enjoyable and a pleasant experience. Anastasia spoke English very well, was able to answer any questions and didn’t forget your extras from one day to the next( like cocoa on top of my cappuccino ). What a delightful way to start our day in Rome !

I was not sure if coffee (Nespresso) and tea were complimentary. But, anyway, Nespresso was not cleaned for its capsule container and inner side and the machine and water through the machine smelled musty so I didn't use. A sock with extreme smell was left under the basin.

Very cute hotel off the main streets of Rome, but still close to everything. Staff were very helpful and informative. Nice array of choices for breakfast. They also have a lovely little bistro on site. I hope to return here someday in the future.

The hotel is very small, well located and the area is very good, but the rooms are very small and too uncomfortable, the closet space is practically useless since it does not fit even a small carry-on suitcase, so if you carry more than a small suitcase will be very uncomfortable, the bathroom is not to mention, terribly small, it doesn't even have space to put the shampoo, because you have to put it on the floor and you can barely bend down, so I even hurt myself to be maneuvering in such a small and uncomfortable space. The room was dirty, full of dust and a cockroach came out in the bathroom. Even though I made the comment that they should do better cleaning, the room remained the same for the rest of my stay. They do not have space to store your suitcases when you check out, they leave them in the hallway of the rooms for everyone to access and they do not notify you in advance. We do not recommend this hotel, it is not worth what it costs not even for the location, the only good comment I have is that the staff was very friendly, but it was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. El hotel es muy chiquito, bien ubicado y la zona es muy buena, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y demasiado incomodas, el espacio de closet es prácticamente inservible ya que no cabe bien ni una maleta pequeña de carry on, entonces si llevan más de una maleta pequeña será muy incomodo, el baño ni se diga, terriblemente pequeño, no tiene ni espacio para colocar el shampoo...

A classic bait and switch with their sister property: Rome River Inn which was just plain bad, lack of hot shower and all. The website is very misleading. A five minute walk between the two properties if you need anything.

Wonderful! Staff are great. Location is perfect. You can walk to so many places and take in the sights along the way. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Location was great. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods ranging from hot to cold.

Fabulous hotel and staff are incredible. Breakfast was small but tasty and the cappuccinos were excellent. Staff provided incredible recommendations and instructions on how to get everywhere and do everything!

Great location. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and other attractions.
