We got a family room that was very spacious and it had all the necessary amenities. We even left our luggages with Marina (who is a great host!) when we went around the country and she made no fuss about keeping it for us! The building's location is very good as there are a lot of restaurants and multiple supermarkets around the area. The Ottaviano metro stop is less than 10 mins away ... it's located in a great neighborhood to walk around in. Quiet in the mornings and evenings! Only for improvement we saw was the low water pressure in the shower ... would have been better if it were stronger. In any case,, thank you for the warm hospitality, Marina!

We only spent one night in this structure, what can I say, no negative notes but everything was super positive, starting from the owner, a super kind person from the first call for the reservation until the goodbye and also very helpful (we left our bag in the structure to visit better the city). The super spacious room, with great attention to detail, super clean; There is a mini fridge, kettle for tea, coffee, two packs of wafers and bottles of water! Courtesy set in the bathroom! The structure is close to St. Peter's, the Vatican Museums, the metro and the neighborhood full of shops of all kinds! All top for the quality/price ratio, if I were to return to that area I wouldn't think twice about booking here!

Excellent structure, all clean, strategic area for getting around Rome with the family, what can I say, I recommend it to everyone, the metro is a two minute walk away, Mrs. Marina at the reception is very kind and always available for all your needs, bar and restaurant all under the house😉

It is not a hotel... it is a residential building where there is a floor where hotel suites were made for tourism. The location is excellent, it is just a few meters from the entrance to the Vatican, the surrounding streets are busy with plenty of shops and options for restaurants, cafes. The room is excellent, very clean, good bathroom, good bed. They provide coffee, tea, biscuits and water in the room. We love it. Very good value for money. The only point to improve would be contact on arrival, as it is a residential building, we arrived looking for a hotel reception but we did not find it.

Un’eccellente Guest house a pochi passi dal Vaticano, camere recenti, pulite, arredate con molto gusto. Letti comodi, stanze silenziose. Proprietaria molto, molto cordiale e sempre presente per ogni necessità! L’ho personalmente consigliato ad amici e sicuramente ci ritornerò!
