Do not book if you don't want to get disappointed I am rating because I have booked this apartment long before I was about to fly to Rome( booked in February for visit in April), and two days before my arrival it was cancelled by the host because apparently they overbooked! This left me with one day to sort a new apartment! So unprofessional and disrespectful! They confirmed my booking and contacted me regarding check in etc on the day I booked in February so i am terribly disappointed with this

We spent a family holiday at the end of the year and we found many positive elements: clean, complete with everything necessary, punctual and extremely collaborative staff (they allowed us to self-check in upon our arrival, before the scheduled time), at 50 mt a supermarket open 24/7 (we found it extremely useful). But the exceptional note is certainly the location: 100 meters from the Colosseum, it allowed us to experience "ancient" Rome in the evening, illuminated and without tourists... incredible experience. WE RECOMMEND IT.
