Hotel Principe

After settling in the room, they tell us that the next day they will change our room, but in addition to all this, they do not say that we should leave the room unlocked, that they will be in charge of changing our room... We have to contact them so that they can tell us which room It's our turn, it turns out that they change us to another room but not in the same hotel, but in the hotel they have on the same floor (Rome hotel, 1 star hotel). The room was not what I had reserved, since instead of being a double bed, it was two 90 cm beds together with springs and arches, an odyssey to sleep there, and the shower another odyssey, since it had no pressure and so For the hot water to come out you had to wait at least 20 minutes.

The hotel is super close to Roma Termini, literally a 4-minute walk. Outside the hotel there are many very delicious restaurants for lunch and dinner. The manager is very friendly! It has air conditioning, bathroom inside the room and is very central. I highly recommend it

The place was in bad condition, at the time of check-in they told us that they had a pipe break, they had all the mattresses rotten in the hallways. They wanted us to another hotel without telling us the name or address. We refused and the manager became very aggressive and started yelling at us.
