The check in wasn’t great at all - we got there about an hour early and asked if we could store our luggage until check in, a staff member (I want to say one of the cleaners?) told us to leave it in what was going to be our room, come back in 30 minutes and we can be checked in. We go and eat, come back about 45 minutes later, we can’t even get into the building as the main door was shut. A nice lady who was staying there let us in after we stood there for about 20 minutes. We then couldn’t get into the hotel as there was a code on the door, we didn’t get sent any codes at all. Luckily we saw the woman from before after about 20 minutes, and called her upstairs to let us in, she was very confused as to why we needed to get in and seemed to forget she dealt with us not even 2 hours ago. She hardly knew any English (fair enough, not a problem, that’s what google translate is for) she finally understood and let us in. She then rang whoever was in charge who then 10 minutes later messaged me with the check in details and door codes. And I need to say this all happened during the time that the reception was apparently open - between 8:30 - 2:30 - but there was no one at the reception desk or answering the phone when I kept ringing. Me and my partner stayed Monday - Friday and not once saw anyone on that reception desk, at this point I think it’s just for decoration. The only person we saw was the lady from the first day. So other than that, it was a decent stay for the price, but we honestly thought we were going to be stranded for the first night with none of our stuff because of this place. But I also will say: There’s no luggage storage, they say we’re more than welcome to keep our cases in the hall until we leave, you’d think it would be an actual storage room or something. The rooms aren’t exactly soundproof - we could hear other guests coming and going at night - and also the loud Italian builders next door blaring their music and singing at 8am every morning. And no memory foam mattress like it says - unless the others do but ours certainly didn’t. So if you’re not fussed on where you’re sleeping, this place is fine as it’s not a bad location. But make sure you get the codes before you even fly !!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could leave this suite a negative amount of stars I would. Run by awful, terrible, selfish people who do not care about their customers well-being. We booked out this place months in advance for our trip to Italy, and when we arrived we were greeted with no one answering the door and/or the phone. We called and rang the doorbell for over an hour. Mind you, we were standing on the sidewalk with lots of luggage in a city we were completely unfamiliar with, as dark was aproaching. After about 2 hours we were forced to get another place to stay. When we finally heard from the owner hours later, they stated that we missed the "Check-in time" and we were SOL. They would not let us in, and refused to refund us our money. Awful establishment, please don't waste your time or money going to somewhere so awful. Maybe they should confirm the check-in time with guests, since it appears to be such a ridiculous window. Or, be a responsible and kind business owner, and do not let your paying guests stay out on the streets.

Siamo arrivati a Roma e non sapevamo neanche dove alloggiare, booking non era a conoscenza di tutto questo e mi ha offerto un’altra soluzione (dopo 3 anziose ore). Sconsiglio perché parlando con altre persone ho saputo che questa ‘tecnica’ è abbastanza ricorrente dalla titolare della struttura.
