There was no front desk in the hotel but I received instruction on access to the building and room 1 day prior to arrival. It was confused but managed to get into the building. However they provided a wrong room number in the whatsapp, so I still needed to call them and clarify. Generally, cleanliness was okay, but the room was very old. No hair dryer or iron provided and the TV did not work. The room is smaller than I expected but I guess this is the general condition in Rome.

It’s hard to get to hotel but I can tell it’s a fault of Trip.com because the hotel sent email with all details but I never had it and we should call to hotel in front of the entrance door to get to the room

Objection evaluation:
Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters).
Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself.
The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in.
Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking.
The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom.
That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

It's inconvenient that there's no front desk, and communication is via whatsapp.
A few days before the trip, I was asked to pay the city tax. After paying, the price was strange, so I inquired again, and they said they had received a reservation for 3 people. Then, he said that you should have checked the cost before paying the city tax... It's almost like he's scolding you.
Even though I made a reservation for two people through Trip.com and the voucher came out that way, I don't know what the reason is.
They gave me a refund, but
I was already in a bad mood before leaving for the trip.
The air conditioner broke down during the trip, and we were told to move to another accommodation with only important items and stay only for one night. The location of that accommodation was farther from the center of the tourist area than the main accommodation, and the reviews were worse, so I didn't go and changed the room the next day.
Anyway, the response is very good.
During your stay, they only make your bed and empty the trash can, and give you towels.
Because I dropped a few pieces of chocolate this morning and they didn't clean it up for a few days, so I found it and threw it away.
The location is really good. The price may be cheap.

Очень классное место! Все есть, все заранее высылают. Вид и правда огонь, приходили домой, открывали бутылкм и пили с видом на Корсу и Алтарь Отечества) Местоположение лучше не придумать - пара минут до фонтана Треви.
