the bathroom was very poorly maintained. Broken shower head and faucet. And full of mold. Also the some pillows didn’t come with sheets!

Nice little hotel. You get what you pay for in Rome. It is a bit dated and couldnt find some of the listed items available as stated on the booking such as microwave or bathrobe. Wesite just needs a review and update) Checkn in staff really friendly, however english speaking was very basic.
Bed in room 3 had been broken and had 2 matresses which was a little springy but manageable for a few nights stay.
About 5 to 10 mins walk away from Roma Terminal so a good spot to stay.

It was really great, everything was clean and fresh, but also very close to the city! We never used public transport, we enjoyed everything walking around and sightseeing! Rome is amazing and the hotel is recommended for sure!

We would not recommend staying here. Staff were friendly enough but we only saw them once our whole trip when we checked in, and after that there was never a staff member on the premises. Our room was not cleaned our whole stay and felt quite unclean, especially the bathroom. The place is also very noisy and you can hear people slamming doors and shouting all through the night. We woke up every night from this. The area is also not great and not central at all - it’s a long way to walk to the main city sights and feels unsafe around the evenings. The only positive is that it is near to the train station. I would recommend staying closer to the centre. Although this place is cheap, you’ll pay more in transport to get to the centre.

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Simple but complete breakfast. Really convenient area near the station and the metro, with several restaurants and bars for dinner. Definitely satisfactory value for money. Comfortable room for 4, without bunk bed.

Martini rooms can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot from Termini station, the area is unsafe, unclean and noisy. The room had everything you needed. Strongly not recommended! Dilapidated structure, zero maintenance, little cleaning. Sink mixer was one step away from coming off, ceilings full of cobwebs, one dimly lit chandelier. Value for money not fair in my opinion!

Dirty beyond all measure, the shower was disgusting, incompetent and absent staff, one afternoon I phoned at least 10 times on the mobile and no one answered, electricity turned down, we could not charge the mobile phones, arrived at the place they showed us the meter , explaining how we had to reactivate it because the lifesaver jumped if there were more lights on, the air conditioning is blocked at 18 degrees but in the room you were dying from the heat, the bedspreads dirty with everything ... The elevator does not stop at the floor of the structure then the suitcases have to be climbed on foot for 3 flights of stairs. Other than a 3-star hotel, a stable, such a thing never happened, it served us as a support to go to a concert, in all my travels I had not seen such a thing, shameful is an understatement. Never again, I strongly advise against it.

Friendly but not present "staff" (seen only at check-in). I understand that it's one star, but some cleaning needed to be done, as well as some repairs needed to be done (for example, in the room where we stayed, the bathroom drain was taped over).
