La Piazzetta Delle Regine

We stayed 3 nights, the room was OK. On the other hand, the owner is a very unpleasant, cold lady who never stopped making comments to us and who does not ask you when you leave if the stay went well, she made us uncomfortable and we asked to leave the premises at 10 a.m. while we were having lunch. The terrace is not private as indicated in the description. Breakfast was not stocked, there was a three-day-old cake under a cover in the kitchen. We had to get the room keys from a nearby business. It is unacceptable that the owner is not present to give us the keys in person; she entrusts us with the responsibility of closing the entrance doors to the establishment as well as the living room which gives access to the terrace. To turn off the air conditioning... it's not up to customers to do that. Hygiene and cleanliness remain to be desired. Absolutely avoid this place for the price you will find better because it is not worth it.

La Piazzetta delle Regine, Rome A few minutes walk from metro. Delightful place. Tastefully decorated rooms and communal space. Breakfast is self serve with cereals, bread, cakes etc. Fresh milk, butter, cheese and meats in the fridge. Fresh oranges to juice. Coffee and tea facilities. Nice indoor and outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend.

Esperienza molto positiva.Struttura pulita ,confortevole ,calda e silenziosa.Colazione abbondante ,pertutti i gusti.La proprietaria attenta e disponibile.Ci siamo sentiti a casa.Vicino al Policlinico,alla Metro ,e vari Bus,ristoranti e vari negozi.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 5 giorni durante un viaggio dì lavoro a Roma. Fortunatamente la location dell’albergo mi ha permesso di ritagliarmi qualche spazio da turista in quanto vicinissimo alla metropolitana e servito egregiamente da trasporti pubblici in una zona di Roma dove mi sentivo al sicuro a passeggiare anche durante le ore notturne. L’albergo è piccolo e super accogliete con uno spazio comune dove si può trovare qualcosa da mangiare 24/7. La camera è super accogliete e dotata di bagno privato (PULITISSIMO) con doccia (GIGANTESCA), televisore, internet WiFi e aria condizionata. Per non parlare dell’accogliente terrazzo a uso esclusivo degli ospiti dove è possibile rilassarsi magari mangiando una pizza, un Supplì o qualche crocchetta di patate. Le camere vengono sistemate, riordinate e pulite quotidianamente e l’attenzione per i dettagli e per la pulizia è oserei dire ******ale(in senso positivo ovviamente) La comunicazione coi membri dello staff è stata altrettanto soddisfacente considerando i miei orari lavorativi che mi costringevano a partire per lavoro alle 6 del mattino e ritornare alle 10 di sera ma nonostante ciò non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di comunicazione.
