We chose this B&B due to its proximity to the Olympic stadium for the Vasco Rossi concert, logically the 170 euros per night are a lot in fact it is not its price but it was increased precisely for the concert and perhaps not only and we were aware of it and it was fine for us, but when we arrived at the B&B on Friday afternoon we didn't even find a bottle of water other than a carafe in the fridge which we didn't use not knowing which water and above all who had drunk it and what it could contain, the TV only worked on Rai channels, the shower was very small without a wall unit to place shower gel, shampoo, etc., the breakfast was really poor and to top it off there was and never was WiFi from arrival to departure.

Hotel conveniently located next to The Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, clothing stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Special mention to Front Desk Agent Chiara Stage who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the most out of our short time there. We had a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The room was spotless and modern with flat screen tv. The only complaint being that the pillows and matress were too hard for my comfort.

The room is a bit small and the facilities are a bit old, but the overall service and experience are good! It's a pity that there is no swimming pool! The price-performance ratio is good, the hotel is in a good location, and the service staff is of good quality!

The C-Hotels Club House is located outside of Rome and therefore in a rather quiet area. We stayed for 3 nights in their comfortable rooms. The staff is very qualified and friendly, listening when needed. In the lobby there is relaxing music, large sofas and a bar. As for the room, we were lucky to be 2 in a 3 person room, which gave us more space. The double bed and the single one are very soft and comfortable. A dressing room will allow you to place your clothes, very practical (you may be cramped with 3 people). A small negative point, our door scraped on the floor, so we sometimes thought we had closed it when we didn't. We had to push it very hard to get it past the scraper The bathroom is clean and very 'luxurious'. Beautiful tiles with a nice light, shower/bathtub placed right next to the window (both advantages and disadvantages), very good quality towels and shower products available. The daily cleaning is very nice and very well done, worthy of 4 stars. Unfortunately we could not try the breakfast (we were up very late). As you can see, our stay in the 3-seater room was very enjoyable, now let's talk about the 2-seater rooms we were able to visit with our friends : At first sight, the room loses a bit its charm. Everything is obviously narrower and the door practically touches the bed when you open it. I won't comment more on this as I didn't stay there. In conclusion, I can recommend this hotel, moreover the prices are very attractive and despite its out of the way location, you will always find bicycles/trotters nearby as well as the metro and bus!

I'm sure that each of us has his own scale of factors to evaluate whether a place is beautiful or ugly but that the added value is the people. In this clean, nice and very comfortable hotel, near the Roma Termini station, it is precisely the people who make a small hotel a point of reference for our trips to Rome. Paola from the reception was, and is, the person who followed us during the booking process and who went out of her way to help us project our photographs on a wall, in a small room set up just for us, a small group of photographers arrived in town for a two day photography course. Thanks Thanks Thanks dear Paola, you are invaluable for the hotel and for the people who stay with you.. an infinite thanks from all of us. Federica

Really convenient location with only 3-min distance to Roma Termini giving you quick and easy transfer to the airport and elsewhere in Italy by train. Rooms have been renovated too. However, front desk staff was really rude. When I dropped my room keys in the transparent plastic box placed on the front desk for an express check-out and turned around leaving the hotel, staff shouted at me asking me to wait in line. The staff said I haven’t cleared my payment and tried to charge me full room rate plus city tax even though I have prepaid the room rate to Agoda in full. True that I haven’t paid city tax but they have swiped my credit card upon check-in or they could have asked me to pay upon check-in either. I suggested the hotel should have hided their express check out box if there is no such option available. The staff bluntly replied it is for guests who have cleared all the payment. It is really ironic who can enjoy express check out, if the hotel doesn’t charge city tax upfront nor charge it to credit card. Meanwhile, the room cleaning is so-so and forgot to refill shampoo/shower gel/fresh tower quite a few times during our stay. Also, the windows isn’t good at isolating street noise. Same review posted on Agoda.

The hotel is located very near to the Termini Station with easy access to most locations in Rome. The rooms have a bit of old-style charm and are spacious and comfortable, especially when travelling with multiple family members. The buffet breakfast at the top floor offers a wide variety of good-quality items, and is truly a highlight at this hotel. The service staff is friendly and attentive, and will rush to your aid when experiencing any difficulties. The cleaning staff helped us when we were having issues with the key, and the desk staff helped us change to a different room without any questions asked. Truly very friendly.

We do atleast 4 vacations a year, and have stayed in 100's of hotels over the years. This would be rated the worst hotel we have ever come across. My review is based on several incidents that happened at this hotel 1) We had a 3 night reservation, and on the very first night the air-conditioning in the room was not working. The refrigerator (mini-bar) was not working either. We called the reception, and they said since it is late evening (8 pm), they cannot help us. They cannot send anybody to come and repair it nor can they shift us to another room but promised to take care of it the next day. 2) 2nd day, we made sure we remind them at the reception to take care of these issues, and they even noted our room number down and we also asked them to clean our room. We come back from our sightseeing and very surprised to find that our rooms were not cleaned, and they never repaired the air-condition nor the mini-bar. This is the second night, when our infants milk got spoilt due to no fridge. We even requested them for some ice to store the milk, but they said the bar is closed and no ice is available either. Just bizzare they call them self a 4 star hotel. Worst attitude and racist attitude of the staff. 3) On one of our taxi rides to the city, the taxi driver was charging us over the meter and upon discussion, we find that he has to pay the hotel a commission for calling us the cab. This was another crazy and never heard of thing. 4) Their smoke detectors go off almost every night or early morning and they knock on every room door to check if someone is smoking in the room and wake everyone up. I think they are living in the 15th century when they have to actually wake the guests up to check each room on who is smoking. 5) And finally, when each night they could not repair the mini-fridge and our baby's milk was getting spoilt. I kept requesting them for ice, and they kept asking me to goto the bar and get it OR the bar was closed (depending on the time we returned to the hotel). One occassion when i went to collect the ice, the bar was open but she said she can only give me one glass of ice. I told her, one is not enough to store the milk for the entire night, atleast give me an ice bucket with it. But they had no ice bucket and only have one glass of ice. At this i lost my mind and i fired at them and hence the reason of my detailed review. I would urge every tourist or traveller never to consider this hotel. It is the worst hotel in the world with some of the worst trained staff in the world. I will also be going above and beyond and try filling a complaint to the Italian authorities / tourism board or hotel association.

Honestly,my experience this hotel is a little bit lower than equivalent level hotel. The mattress in this hotel is not bad. However, unfortunately, it mattress gonna be only point I satisfy with it. The service is normal, but their equipment maintenance is concerning, there are several bulbs down in my room and the shower door in the bathroom seems hard to push. Most importantly, air conditioner in the room is not powerful enough which is a terrible infomation for tourist in this summer. The picture attached in this comment is it outside environment,it might be not clear enough, but I have to say it outside is too dark😂, but it is not a luxury hotel in city centre, therefore it is still acceptable . This hotel is generally good, but there are still large spaces that it can move forward to increase it customer satisfaction.

XXIAOLANThe hotel is newly renovated, very clean, booked triple room, is a large bed, there is a sofa bed, the sofa bed is paved. Mini bar food and refrigerator drinks (Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Soda, 2 bottles of mineral water) are free, but they are no longer added after use. The breakfast was great and very rich. There is an open-air bar on the top floor, which is open at night. You can sit down and chat without a drink. The hotel is ideally located for all of Rome’s sights.

LLauWendyMy trip is in February, the room is very hot, it still open heater no air conditioner, we have to close the heater and open the window but it is very loud as close to the main street. I asked for a fan but the reception said no fan to be provided.. I requested the upper floor when I booked in the trip.com, but Reception said no requirements are received, but finally they changed us to 8 floor We booked the breakfast but it is usual cannot say better. Overall, I have to say the price is not worth for this hotel, I will not choose this hotel for my next trip to Roma.

DDe Bruyn - HendrickxWe stayed at the Hotel Ripa Roma for five nights. At first glance, a very well-kept hotel with a good ratio between price and quality. We were well served on arrival after midnight by the receptionist and were able to get to the room quickly. The last day we could check out until noon, but since our flight was in the evening, we could safely leave our luggage at the reception. A plus, because your last day in Rome can also be a nice one this way without luggage dragging. The hotel has a very nice, contemporary and artistic look. We like this very much. The room (superior room) was very spacious, clean and with the necessary facilities. The bed was very good. The bathroom was very hygienic, logically arranged with a pleasant shower. About the room we certainly have no complaints. Only the noise from other rooms and the corridor was disturbing. When the guests in the neighboring room turned on their TV, we could perfectly listen in. When shouting in the hallway, it seemed that those persons were standing next to the bed. The rooms are not really soundproof. Fortunately, we had earplugs with us. We also took breakfast during our stay. Here we are less satisfied. The tableware was dirty (coffee cups brown, cutlery with food residues, plates insufficiently cleaned, glasses full of calcium, ...), in our opinion a limited choice of healthy food (many cakes and cookies) and the hot dishes were cold, even when they were just served. We found the staff unhelpful, even a good morning or a friendly smile was sometimes too much. When we wanted to sit at a table on the small platform in the center of the restaurant, we were sent away because cleaning was already in progress (around 9:30 a.m.). The last two days the hotel was fully booked, which caused a lot of noise in the restaurant. We experienced this as unpleasant. Should we return, we would book a room without breakfast and find a nice breakfast place in town. Finally, we find the city tax on the high side. For the five nights (six days) we pay €60 (= €5 p.p. per day). That is the highest city tax I have ever paid and we are frequent travelers. Overall, a nice stay in a well located hotel, with the breakfast restaurant as a point of interest.

GGuest User+The location is very good. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Plaza de Espana and Borghese Park. The reception staff are also very friendly. Luggage storage service is also available. The bedding is clean and the cleanliness is good. I like the tile floor. - The room is long and small. There is not much room to open the suitcase. There is no refrigerator. There are cracks or worn parts in the bathroom shower booth or sink. Amenities provided are disposable cups for brushing teeth, shower gel and soap. Breakfast is very simple. (Some breads, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, coffee machines, juices, jams and teas are all available. There are no salads or fruits.) Among expensive lodgings in Rome, a single room like this is not bad for the price. It was a short itinerary and the time I stayed in the hotel was not long, so it was okay.

GGuest UserMaybe it's because they can charge you with 6€ per person city tax? I'm not very happy with this hotel. Thin walls, expect to hear everything from neighbours, the room was directly beside the restaurant, mildew (my wife had problems with allergic reactions), not clean, older than it looks, unrepaired damages / open electrical wires (dangerous?), breakfast is absolutely minimum, coffe machine spends only quarter cup (need to push it 2-3 times), mostly sweets for breakfast, cheapest food / bread, area around is really not nice -> full of trash / plastic / smeels dirty, streets are damaged a lot, nothing interesting except carrefour in this location, the hotel ofers nothing special (no sauna, no swimming, no sport, nothing), the breakfast room has no windows (feels really cold, like a school hotel), to get to rome it takes minimum 40 minutes if you have luck. For us it has taken minimum 1:20 to rome / vatican. Service said the commerce is open 24x7, I went 3km, it was closed, open only until 10:30pm. No sauna, nothing to entertain. Conclusion: I would spend a few hundreds more to get a real 4 stars hotel. This here was 2 stars, but really not more. For me this looks really untrustworthy. This was by far the worst 4 star hotel I've ever been. I really can't understand that high rating. Therefore I think, it's (again) just to get a high city tax. We have payed additonally 36€ for two persons for 3 nights. Anyways, the personal was kind to us. It's not their fault. It seems the management tries to get each cent from the visitors.

GGuest UserTitle: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff Introduction: During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay. Location and Accessibility: Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting. Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff: The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast Experience: One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience. Conclusion: Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.

Prima e ultima volta!

GGuest UserThe location of this apartment is incredible. It is very close to many attractions. No need to take a taxi. There are also many supermarkets nearby and buses are very convenient and suitable for tourists. The facilities and equipment are also good enough to cook some simple meals. The disadvantage is that the network is very unstable and there was no hand sanitizer and shower gel when we checked in. Overall good.
