It looks like a newly renovated hostel. The interior facilities are really clean, and the staff are really friendly. Because it shares an entrance with another large building, you can see a large garden. For only 5 euros, you could eat as much fruit, various breads, coffee, and milk as you wanted!

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

The service is rly nice! Had some issues with the checkin system at the beginning, but the lady who took care of my case was very friendly and professional. She truly is the gem. Also need to mention the breakfast buffet, the coffee was simply amazing (unfortunately couldn’t have it for the second day due to gut problem), and the staff there also very lovely. I would say well done to the team, y’all absolutely made my trip!

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights, we got a refundable booking due to COVID. The staff were all extremely helpful, spoke many languages, helped with bags, anything we needed in the room, dining and touring suggestions. Breakfast was great, lots of options, including kosher options for those who require it. The room was super comfortable, bathroom amenities, lovely shower with Turkish bath option, we were right on the street level but the window when closed completely blocked out any noise. I didn't get all the names, but Massimo was fantastic, and the desk staff and Saul were all great. The location is perfect, near lots of kosher restaurants as well as others, right in the historical center, we walked almost everywhere. Thank you very much HT6, hope to come back.

I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews from many platforms. And I experienced all of the positive reviews. And for the first time I would recommend hotel to my friends and families/relatives. The two rooms were the best : the view, size and amenities. To my surprise, the minibar provided as complimentary. Breakfast : the best breakfast I ever had after more than 30 years traveling for both leisures/family and business trips in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. On top of the buffet menus, we were offered breakfast that personalised for our needs/tastes. Now, two weeks after we left the hotel, my wife and daughter keep telling me about to comeback again to Rome just because this hotel …. All the staffs were helpful and almost excellent. Keep the good work guys, as this hotel’s experiences were the oasis in many disappointments about Rome. One small note : It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and taking up two large luggage up to the hotel lobby was a little struggle

Stayed a week over Christmas with my family. We were all sad it didn't do the trick for us. Looks nicer, better in online photos. Everything is just a little shabby. Furniture in the lobby is worn, indoor public spaces are smaller than they appear on the website, breakfast room is a bit dorm style/institutional feeling. The breakfast that goes with it was adequate but not in any way remarkable. Actual guest room was a decent size and personally I far prefer the wood/laminate floor to carpet for cleanliness reasons. And the room was very clean so that is a huge plus. The bathroom was also clean but again a bit shabby around the edges. Grout needed a redo and the plastic shower surround was pretty tired ‘70s. Linnen on the bed was not super great and really hated the shiny polyester bed cover. Also personally hate any kind of throw or decorative pillows that don’t get cleaned between guests. The room did not bring joy but was adequate. All that said the staff was terrific. Some reviewers have complained of surliness but we had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful (including in tracking down a lost bag). Our room key was an ongoing frustration. We were in a family room (two rooms, each with a key pad) and a single door opening into the hallway between the two rooms. There were particular instructions on how to use it. Despite our best efforts we kept needing togo to the desk for help. To their credit they were patient with us, but honestly, it is a messed up system if it needs that much assistance. We could walk everywhere which was great. In summary, I likely would not stay here again. With a bit of an investment this place could be great. It has nice bones. But for now it just didn’t bring joy.

I stayed here for 5 nights in May 2023. I loved this hotel! It was clean & modern with a well-lit and very comfortable room. Tons of outlets, nice closet space and a decent hairdryer. The elevator came quickly but I only used it with my luggage and used the stairs the rest of the time. Breakfast on the beautiful rooftop with self-service coffee machine and a nice selection of quick foods. The staff was kind and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to bring me to the airport at the end. I’d definitely stay here again,

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
