The hotel experience is first-class, the hotel also sent a restaurant recommendation list very intimately, I have tried several restaurants recommended by the hotel, very good. The front desk lady Charlotte was very warm and friendly, took the initiative to help book the restaurant, book a taxi, hope the hotel can see her excellent.

The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless

The location is good and the room size is good, except it has not been renovated for some time, so, some of the items are almost break, need to use it with caution. Such as the hair dryer will only work for less than 1 min, then it will stop. I have checked, there is no timer of the hair dryer. So, I think the sensor felt that was overheat, so it has stopped.

The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes away from Roma Termini train station and you can walk to places to visit. The breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. Our only problem was over heating. The room, which was heated by the air conditioner, did not have an air conditioner control and was working centrally. The hotel determines the working hours of the air conditioner, and this is quite ridiculous in my opinion. I can say that I never warmed up in the hotel where we stayed on a cold day in January. this was the only but very important disadvantage of the hotel..

Very good location, 200 meters walk from the Spanish Steps. The surrounding area is surrounded by all the big-name stores, and the window show is very satisfying. There are a lot of popular restaurants in the surrounding area, and breakfast choices are not much better than the ingredients. Hotel location is very central, go to the station airport. If you don't book a car in advance, it is very convenient to go to the subway to the central station to change to the airport express line.

The first impression was - terrible, a very small room, the bed/pillows are not the most comfortable, there is too little space, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, there is nowhere to put the breakfast tray, the breakfast itself is purely Italian (lots of bread, croissants, jams, yoghurts and coffee), but I want scrambled eggs and sausage. The shower in the bathroom is just for gnomes, I don’t know how my husband washed himself there, but I, a little girl, could barely fit in there.
Also in the morning there is constant noise, because... The reception is located right next to the room, you can hear everything.
But!!! There are such amazing people who work there, very kind and nice! and also a super location next to Piazza Navona.
Therefore, I simply cannot write a bad review, because when booking I knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but a weak three-room hotel.
In general, I want to say thank you to the girl at the reception (in my opinion, she is the main one there), she is simply fantastic!

The room I booked was in the annex building, which was not in the same building as the front desk. I had to drag my big suitcase up and down two flights of stairs when I checked in and out. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. The room was so small that I couldn't open the checked suitcase completely. But the hotel was in a great location, in the heart of the old city, with a shopping street downstairs. All the brands I wanted to buy were here. All the attractions I wanted to visit were within walking distance.

XXIAOLANThe hotel is newly renovated, very clean, booked triple room, is a large bed, there is a sofa bed, the sofa bed is paved. Mini bar food and refrigerator drinks (Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Soda, 2 bottles of mineral water) are free, but they are no longer added after use. The breakfast was great and very rich. There is an open-air bar on the top floor, which is open at night. You can sit down and chat without a drink. The hotel is ideally located for all of Rome’s sights.

GGuest UserStaff was very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage for us. Breakfast was good! Scrambled eggs were superb, good bacon and European cold cuts. Room a little small and AC was a little slow to cool us down due to sun exposure. We were on the first floor a bit exposed, wish we had been higher. Train station, subway station and all services right across the street. A good place to spend a little time as a tourist in Rome.

IItsKennyThe hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. Its central location is a big plus, as it's close to the historic city and within walking distance of Termini train and metro station. There are plenty of nearby spots to grab something to eat, which is convenient. Breakfast was simple but well-organized, and the staff kept it well-stocked throughout the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
One downside of the room was that there was only one power outlet, which I found surprising for a double room. I would expect at least two outlets in such a setup. Another letdown was the advertised laundry room, which unfortunately didn’t exist during my stay.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I personally expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

MMikeJMJonesI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The area might be a tiny bit dodgy at night... but you can still safely buy some pizza and supplies. It's well lit and busy... the hotel itself could not be better positioned for the train station entrance (10 meters)! Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were decent. I would definitely stay again if I had an early train or was arriving late one night into the station.

Because the surrounding areas are residential areas, it feels that prices are much cheaper than scenic spots. The bed at Best Western is still very comfortable, but the Italian double bed is composed of two beds. If there are children sleeping, it is better to make a large bed.
