Guests will love to cruise around the lake and take in the lovely views, as well as various islands! The town of Rome City is a tourist destination with attractions such as Gene Stratton-Porter State historic site, Sylvan Cellars event center, and even a Bingo hall! There is a fantastic grocery store, diner, and ice cream shop all within walking distance of the home. Fishing Line Trail is a 7.7 mile trail that is great for walking and biking. Shipshewana is located 30 minutes from the home. Guests will have full use of the home and optional pontoon rental-inquire about pontoon. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the second floor. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the first floor. Bonus level features 4th bedroom, full bathroom, and living space with twin bunks and couch with fireplace.
