У нас не работал чайник. Сказали пойти в соседний бар, если очень нужен чай) Будьте осторожны Trip com посылает им и наверно не только им ваши платёжные данные без шифрования, хотя на сайте обещали шифровать. На ресепшене был листок с 16 цифрами и CVC кодом моей карты. Хорошо увидел и сразу заблокировал карту. Такое недопустимо. CVC код не разглашают даже работникам банка.

We were booked for room with city view, but room with walk in shower had court yard view. When you shower, the water goes from hot to cold to hot. If you press the toilet too hard, water keeps running. Bed is very big & comfortable. First day, went to breakfast at 7 am, there were selections available. Second day, went to breakfast at 9 am, not much selections left.

Good location, close to food stores and restaurants, the metro station allows you to quickly reach the most important attractions and airports

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and booked last minute. They held our luggage in the morning while we explored the area and went for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, spacious and clean and the room is spacious with high ceilings. There is a bar and restaurant a minutes walk away that is reasonably priced. We got a bottle of Prosecco for €20. There is also 2 very popular bakery’s a 5 minute walk away. Great for breakfast, we spent around €5 per person. It cost €14 to get a taxi to centre and 15 mins during Saturday morning traffic (10am}. If you’ve traveled around Asia the rooms will seem very poor. I get the aesthetic is partly to keep with “Old Rome” but there were basics that didn’t look maintained such as pipe from toilet fixture leaking and the shower basin not draining. There is also only 2 plug sockets in the room, 1 by the bed the other by the radiator. The walls are very thin so bring ear plugs as you’ll hear peoples alarms go off and bin collection in the morning. If you’re traveling on a budget I think it’s a nice stay you’ll just have to factor in travel costs to and from the centre or rent a scooter.

Hotel was clean and nice. Small but as expected. Very close to Saint Peter's Basilica and Vatican City very easy access, 10 min or less walk. Old style elevator, was nice. Beds were very hard, good for back sleepers but not so good for side sleepers. Free breakfast was nice as is not the norm in Rome. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cabs always available right in front.

Except for the morning staff member with a barb that is patient and only answers with ”NO” to some of my questions, the other staff members are very patient. The night service staff is excellent. The first day, when the air conditioning in my room was wrong, they helped me quickly to move to a new room. They were also very patient to help me find them. The room is quite pleasant, because it is clean, ordered and comfortable. Breakfast is suitable and fills the stomach, but nothing extraordinary. The bearded waiter told him in the morning that some questions would only say NO, and the perception was not good. The room is not bad, clean and tidy, breakfast is generally full, each room has a balcony but the view is the general street. The service staff members, except for the bearded morning employee who lacks patience and responds to some of my inquiries with a curt ”no,” are very patient. The evening service staff is excellent. When the air conditioning in my room broke down on the first day, the evening service staff promptly helped me upgrade to a new room. They were also very patient in assisting me to locate my lost items. The room itself is quite pleasant, being clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate and filling, but unremarkable. Each room features a balcony, although the view is of an ordinary street
