We stayed here initially as part of a group tour and added a couple of days onto the end. We were concerned it might not be central, but it’s a fantastic location. Walk to station is ok but also only a cheap taxi ride. The area has loads of great local restaurants and bars . They were safe and friendly plus the food was really well priced and local delicious delights. The hotel has everything you need, clean, great showers, good breakfast. Plus if you arrive early or late there’s fridges etc that dispense bottles of wine 6 euros or water plus snacks. The staff are friendly and efficient Wifi great Couldn’t recommend more

I'm sure that each of us has his own scale of factors to evaluate whether a place is beautiful or ugly but that the added value is the people. In this clean, nice and very comfortable hotel, near the Roma Termini station, it is precisely the people who make a small hotel a point of reference for our trips to Rome. Paola from the reception was, and is, the person who followed us during the booking process and who went out of her way to help us project our photographs on a wall, in a small room set up just for us, a small group of photographers arrived in town for a two day photography course. Pro: we have chosen this hotel to be close to Termini Station and to almost all touristic objectives in the 4 days /3 nights we stayed in Rome. The price for 3 days was decent given the fact that we stayed during Catholic Easter. The reception was open 24/07 and the receptionist was kind and polite. Cons: The first thing that we have observed was the small room we had (2nd floor), with a green carpet but extremely dirty. It was now cleaned weeks ago it seems. I have photographed everything because the cleaning was not ok here. At all. The marble floor was dirty in the bathroom as well when we arrived but also during our stay. Nobody cleaned the floor. The cleaning lady arranged our bed and we had clean sheets and towels. The hotel has no restaurant, even though they have the room for it and it was nicely arranged. No food was served at all. Only a machine for coffee, teas and salty things.

We recently stayed for two nights at this lovely, air conditioned hotel situated right across the road from the Tirburtina train station. (From this station, you can purchase last minute train tickets to the Fiumicino Airport - very efficient and economical transport.) Our room at Adesso was small but extremely clean and nicely decorated. The bed and bed linens were wonderful. The full bathroom included a wonderful shower head (with excellent water pressure), a full bathtub and bidet. The in-house restaurant was very nicely appointed and convenient - especially if you're just too tired to venture out! We chose to include the breakfast option during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the plentiful help yourself breakfast, including eggs, various meats, cheeses, baked goods, cereals, yogurt, fruit and salads - with an excellent variety of coffees. While lunch and dinner offerings were limited, they were tasteful. The menu included a hot pasta of the day, a few salads, and cold platters to share (or not). The staff were all genuinely friendly, courteous and very professional. We really enjoyed speaking to the reception, restaurant and bar staff. Sincere thanks to all!

The location is relatively general, the lobby is similar to Hanting, and the room is similar to seven days. Hotel breakfast was ok. It's not that inconvenient to get to the city center and walk a few hundred meters with a subway.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

I only had a short stay here but I enjoyed my time. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a quirky place, easy to navigate round and I found it useful to be able to use the lockers before and after my check in/out. I found the price to be more than reasonable and would definitely recommend.

The subway near the hotel is a bit far away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the termini. The public security is not good along the way. Girls are advised not to go by themselves. Boys are fine. It is quite convenient to get out of the hotel by tram or bus. The service is very good, the Italian old men are very cute. The hotel sanitation seems to be cleaned by Filipinos very seriously. Breakfast is 5 euros, there are not many varieties, and the taste is good. On the last night, the WiFi was broken, and the 4g indoor in Italy was very poor, the only shortcoming. Will choose next time to Rome.

Well, before I go into detail I must say the staff there is really really helpful and friendly. Grazie mille! We stayed there on a school trip for about a week. Also other school groups were there. That is not a major problem if you can handle some noise (it was really bearable). The problem was the rooms: I got the impression there were designed to be double rooms due to the size. But some of them had 4 beds in them. That might work for smaller children but not for students older than 18 yrs. It was so narrow one could hardly walk nor find some privacy for the belongings. Maybe it eas not the hotel's fault but more the company we booked with. Still 4 beds are way too many in such a small room. The rest was simply fine. Internet worked more or less ok but we were not depending on it. So all good. The breakfast was ok. We thought there might be some fresh fruits or so. Only on the last day there were some offers. The rest of the week: toast, ham, cheese, sometimes bacon and egg, cornflakes and some sweet things like mini cakes or so. That was it basically. But don't take it as a complaint but maybe as a suggestion. The hotel itself is on a rather quiet street, 500m or so to walk to Termini, the main station. The closest metro station is Manzoni. Trams are in walking distance. Some mice pubs or restaurants too. The student quarter is just behind the old town wall which is behind the houses opposite of the hotel. So all in all is a decent hotel. If you expect a luxurious stay this might be not your hotel. But if you need somewhere to sleep after exploring the city and still wanna see some friendly Italians (namely the awesome staff) then this is your place.
