For business a good hotel. Located new Pigneto street there is a lot of restaurante and bar for evening activities Rooms are spacious and clean Breakfast is good with great variety on food, but relative expensive No restaurant for in the evening, i remember in the past it was and it was good one.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel space is very large, the noise is too much, the staff service attitude is good, the breakfast choice is much more than the four-star hotel, the city tax per person per night is 7 €, quite expensive!

Not far from the Angel Castle and the Vatican. There are also some small supermarkets and large supermarkets around, which can meet temporary needs. There are several restaurants on the way to the attractions, but the taste is difficult to eat, salty and fresh, or it is poor attitude, English is lame, and Italian is not standard. The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Compared with the same nh hotel, the hardware is good, the bathroom is very good, there is a foot basin, there are many towels, and 2 TVs and a small living room. Daylight is also sufficient, and internal light is also available. Breakfast was okay and there were many varieties. Cheese had local characteristics, but no ham. The drink is too sweet. It is quite satisfactory. The coffee machine actually has no characteristics, a bit regrettable, how should there be an espresso, no ... Come to the airport, the rental price is too expensive, the bus is cheap, but the service is very poor, there is no service in Italy. Very similar to the front desk.

We stayed here initially as part of a group tour and added a couple of days onto the end. We were concerned it might not be central, but it’s a fantastic location. Walk to station is ok but also only a cheap taxi ride. The area has loads of great local restaurants and bars . They were safe and friendly plus the food was really well priced and local delicious delights. The hotel has everything you need, clean, great showers, good breakfast. Plus if you arrive early or late there’s fridges etc that dispense bottles of wine 6 euros or water plus snacks. The staff are friendly and efficient Wifi great Couldn’t recommend more

Cosy room. Close to transport, amenities deceiving as linked with other hotels, spa area not in this hotel but another up the road. Upstairs balcony/ bar not in service anymore but ok for a quiet drink you can take up as self service. Coffee not great, suggest to go elsewhere. Amazing seafood restaurant nearby would highly recommended, SaTanca Crostaceri.

Location is good and easy to go around. Very near train station which makes this hotel superb. Air-conditioning needs to inform counter to make the room more comfortable, but they get it done. The room is comfy, but not the cleanest. Breakfast is good, there is enough spread to make yourself very full and well hydrated. If I ever come back to Rome, I would stay there again. For the price, cannot complaint

We arrived (two families with children) in this structure in an emergency situation due to various vicissitudes that I am not here to discuss, on December 31st. Rome was fully booked everywhere, accommodating 9 people was a challenge and we paid dearly for it... €470 for one night, but let's say we can stay there. We decide to stay for the rest of the holiday as well, so until the 4th for reasons of comfort. We are assigned 3 triple rooms, 110€ per night per room, without breakfast. One of the very small rooms: a double bed and a single bed in about 12 square meters with the promise to change rooms on the third day. Rough cleaning, no discount for room size. At the exchange, instead of a double and a cot, I find myself a room with 3 singles, obviously unsuitable for my needs, not very clean (balls of dust on the floor, *****a in the tent). To remedy what happened, he promises me to have the room cleaned thoroughly and the beds put together (well…). The cleaning was not as expected, little or nothing has changed compared to the night before. In all this, which is absurd in my opinion and never seen before, he made us pay for the whole stay in advance. After the complaint and the request for a discount, due to the fact that I paid for one thing and I was given another treatment, the answers were these: - for cleanliness, it's not a 5 star; - I can't apply a discount because you have already paid; - I give her a can of Fanta, a Coke, a bottle of water to remedy what happened. Posterity will judge..

Well, before I go into detail I must say the staff there is really really helpful and friendly. Grazie mille! We stayed there on a school trip for about a week. Also other school groups were there. That is not a major problem if you can handle some noise (it was really bearable). The problem was the rooms: I got the impression there were designed to be double rooms due to the size. But some of them had 4 beds in them. That might work for smaller children but not for students older than 18 yrs. It was so narrow one could hardly walk nor find some privacy for the belongings. Maybe it eas not the hotel's fault but more the company we booked with. Still 4 beds are way too many in such a small room. The rest was simply fine. Internet worked more or less ok but we were not depending on it. So all good. The breakfast was ok. We thought there might be some fresh fruits or so. Only on the last day there were some offers. The rest of the week: toast, ham, cheese, sometimes bacon and egg, cornflakes and some sweet things like mini cakes or so. That was it basically. But don't take it as a complaint but maybe as a suggestion. The hotel itself is on a rather quiet street, 500m or so to walk to Termini, the main station. The closest metro station is Manzoni. Trams are in walking distance. Some mice pubs or restaurants too. The student quarter is just behind the old town wall which is behind the houses opposite of the hotel. So all in all is a decent hotel. If you expect a luxurious stay this might be not your hotel. But if you need somewhere to sleep after exploring the city and still wanna see some friendly Italians (namely the awesome staff) then this is your place.
