The hotel is really nice, modern the room ia clean and comfortable. Location... Well, it´s next to the railway, could be better but if you don´t mind hearing the trains coming and going shouldn´t be a problem. Make sure that you are travelling light as there´s only a really small storage space in the room. The staff is friendly.

My first thought is how this hotel only has 3 stars. The room was clean, nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was comfortable, maybe a tad soft for my liking. The noise from other rooms were quite low compared to other hotels I experienced. The staff were very polite and very serviceminded. Overall a good stay.

Wir waren eine Nacht zu Gast im Hotel Hafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeburgpark gebucht. Zur anderen Seite ist ein Bahngleis. Die Zimmereinteilung ist grundsätzlich sehr intelligent gelöst, ausser das offene Lavabo im Zimmer, das gefiel uns nicht! WC/Dusche ist dann separat und geschlossen. In der heutigen Zeit wäre ein Duschspender umweltbewusster als kleine Duschfläschchen. Viel Abflagefläche im Zimmer. Platz für Koffer beim Eingang. Es steht gratis Mineralwasser im Gang zur Verfügung. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber es findet jeder etwas. Die Preise sind sehr moderat für Essen und Trinken. Gute Weinauswahl. Das Personal freundlich und flink. Im Restaurant/Lobby lief angeneheme Hintergrundmusik. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch sehr ok. Unser Aufenthalt war deshalb gelungen und gerne wieder. Der Seeburgpark ist ein Katzensprung vom Hotel entfernt und wirklich ein wunderschöner Park mit viel Natur, Tieren, Schloss und Hafen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht!

Die Lage und Umgebung ist wundervoll, das Haus und die Mitarbeiter jederzeit angenehm. Der Blick auf den Bodensee vom Balkon und Wellnesbereich ist unsagbar schön. Die Ostschweiz kann man vom Hotel aus hervorragend mit ÖV erkunden.

We decided to spend a night in Santispark because we were very much trying the Privat Spa. We were very friendly at the reception and were allowed to take our room, which was very beautifully decorated. We had the Deluxe double room, which was very generous and brightly furnished. Even with personal welcome on the TV. Glorious bathroom and free view of the Santis. The PrivatSpa is relatively expensive for 3 hours, however, you should take it once. It really did well just let the soul smoke uninterruptedly. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is very selective and very friendly and very convenient staff.

New modern hotel with unique architectural style. You feel well everywhere: in the lobby, in the Japanese stylish restaurant, in the great room in the upper floor with views over the whole city, in the wellness area and not least on the unique terrace.
