The location is great.
Only the service room was too much invasive,

My husband and I visited SEB for the fifth time last week and were not disappointed. Rich, the golf pro, was wonderful. We enjoyed dining with him during the returning guest dinner. Maurice always had our golf bags loaded and our cart was waiting for us each morning for our tee time. We make sure to see Heston in the piano bar multiple times when we visit. He plays a fantastic variety of sing-a-long songs, is very interactive and set the bar for piano bars for us. Most impressive was Samson remembering us from our previous visit in December of 2021 when he was out butler even though he wasn't our butler this trip. He remembered us, our favorite drinks, preferred pool chairs and tee times. That was truly impressive! The ocean water is amazing. The bluest I've ever seen. We love to get our feet in the sand and spend time riding the waves. The main pool was a bit chilly this time as it was a bit windy the first few days we were there. The extra breeze helped to keep the sand flees at bay. We had a fantastic trip and can't wait for our next visit!

The sea, the beach and the grounds are the pinnacle of this resort. The service is mostly excellent. The food and beverages are good. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, although a little outdated. Plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, including a beautiful golf course and amazing snorkeling, to keep you busy when you are not toasting yourself on the beach or by one of the pools. Returning quests are treated as royalties. The main complaint is the quality of the pool tables and cues: these are not to the par with otherwise an excellent resort, but it is, probably, just a personal grievance as most people would not care for those.

Emerald Bay never disappoints. This was our 2nd trip and i am ready to return! The beach is beautiful and the service is excellent! We are in our 60’s and did not feel over run with over served 20 year olds.

Everything is included and everything is wonderful. A beautiful setting, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful beach and pools, and delicious food. You will be sorry to leave and anxious to return.

I just returned from a short stay at SEB. Once again they managed to go above and beyond. The staff is beyond amazing. From the staff at the gate through upper management, they never fail to impress me. I was down on business but they managed to make what time I had at the resort most enjoyable. Even the butler staff (and I didn't have a butler) are so accommodating and the biggest goal is to make sure you have everything you need. I have not been to another Sandals where the service has been the caliber that it is at this resort. My favourite resort by far.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff at EB was great, they were amazing and treated us like family! The bar staff was awesome, all the staff at the restaurants were great! The staff at the front desk Top Notch! The landscaping grew friendly and courteous! there was not anyone we came in contact that didn't make us fell at home!! My only concern with this property was that the rooms should be updated for the price you pay. The cleaning staff kept these rooms spotless! The Beach was absolutely breath taking, this is such a beautiful place, never wanted to leave.

5 stars hotel and 5 stars experience. Beautiful, beach, excellent service, great a**osphere, tasty food, very good cocktails, the workers are friendly and helpful… enjoyable. The tours are cheap. Exuma Cays and there are beaches are out the world. You must be there.

My husband and I stayed at Emerald Bay to celebrate my 65th birthday last month. We wanted to make the trip as special as possible, so we booked a suite with a walk-out to the beach and butler service. Everything in our room was top notch; everything we asked for was taken care of by our 3 butlers—Mars, Ailyn, and Breon—including a huge birthday sign and balloons over the bed on my birthday. We ate at 6 of the 11 restaurants and every meal was delicious, but my favorite was our private 4 course candlelight dinner served by Todd. It was an experience to remember for sure! We booked the Swimming with Pigs excursion and it was also a great experience except for people who took advantage of the free beer and were clearly intoxicated and made the trip back not so enjoyable. My hubby played golf twice at the course on the resort and he commented several times about how well-kept the greens were. I got a lemon body scrub at the spa on my birthday and Gabrielle made that a pleasant experience as well! We enjoyed the trip so much that we decided to book another Sandals trip for next year, and Rochelle at the bookings office made that easy! The only thing that could have been better was the weather; it was extremely windy and rainy at times and that kept us from being able to get in the water or do any water sports, but hanging out at the quiet pool was a nice alternative. I highly recommend this resort for mature folks like us; there were many more folks there our age than there were young folks! 😊
