Arrived CDG via TGV for next morning's flight. No information on the hotel website about where to catch their shuttle, so had to take 45 euro taxi to hotel (more than the room cost!). Shuttle the following morning - you have to pay for it, different from previous stays - only stops at Terminal 3 (also different). This is a long and inconvenient distance - especially with baggage - to my departure at 2a (or anywhere in Terminal 2.) Definitely would not recommend staying here as long as the shuttle does not make any stop at Terminal 2. No air conditioning during the European heat wave. Did not use 24 hour check-in. (Note: hotel only seems to respond to positive reviews.)

I feel so relief when I can check in early maybe it’s due to low season and I did not even ask. Like the welcome drink too.
Need a 50 euro deposit here, many 4 star hotels don’t ask for that. And there no water in the room, nothing around, no supermarkets. You can buy food and drink in the hotel if you don’t have time.
Need to open window to sleep as there’s no air con during this season I guess

The worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The mattress protector was a disposable paper type and moved underneath the sheet, rustling and sliding every time I moved. It also made the bed very hot and sweaty.
The shower in the bathroom leaked and the door and doorframe were rotten with water ingress.
I will not be staying again.

This has been our go to place to stay at Roissy for flights back to the states. Unfortunately, quality has gone downhill. A/C was present in lobby and main floor but had been SHUT DOWN to all rooms due to time of year (September). Our room, 604 (22 Sept 2022), on the top floor was about 80F. The windows could not be opened because the handles had been removed for security. Hotel assistance insisted that if we turned off the A/C unit and restarted it that cold air would commence. On multiple attempts, the little green light next to the snow flake would not illuminate. Housekeeping was dispatched to take us on a tour of 6 other rooms, all with the same issue. The hotel was half empty due to price/demand and there were multiple rooms, all with defunct A/C. The housekeeper finally admitted that hotel management had shut down the A/C for all rooms in the building due to time of year with no regard for actual temperature inside the building or customer comfort. This is a relatively expensive hotel with many options in this price range available with working climate control. After wasting 25 minutes touring rooms on the 6th floor and the 3rd floor, we resigned ourselves to a poor night of sleep. After a second request, house keeping brought a handle to open our window. With it open, the room was cooler but we were subject to merciless aircraft noise. Note to Novotel corporate- A/C is vital for airport hotels because opening windows isn't practical with the noise. At minimum, have a thermostat in rooms set to a min temp like 75F rather than hot box your clients. If you are shutting down A/C, make certain your minsplits are ducted to draw cooler outside air to your upper floors. We noted that A/C was working fine in the lobby and restaurant to keep staff cool. It was only in the rooms that it was shut down. Running the fan on full simply pulled additional warm air into our room as it was obvious the AC mini-splits are not ducted outdoors. This issue was brought to the attention of hotel staff with no acceptable solution. Hotel staff are located in a very informal space at desks more suited to an office share than a hotel. Staff were often roaming around the space and it was difficult to ascertain who was actually in charge. The popup drain for the bathroom sink was stuck down and could not be opened. The pop up lever had become detached which was not identified by housekeeping before our room was occupied. There was soap scum from previous occupants that had never drained. There was a general lack of quality control or consideration for guest comfort. Bathrobes and two types of water in the mini-bar are a nice touch, but what we really want is to sleep in a temperature-controlled space and have basics like working sinks. Sleep is the primary goal! We will be staying at the Hilton or a competitor from now on.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Ibis Paris CDG Airport hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. Was afraid of bedbugs but all is good!! The room is clean and baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. However, the water cooler was out of order during my stay so it was a little disappointing. But everything else is good and the hotel is located really near to Terminal 3.

Love the breakfast! The room is comfortable, especially the firm bed,.The pillow is a little too soft and few for me, else all good.
The Receptionists were all new. Hope some experience in basic and essential knowledge they will pick up to attend to queries (We asked how to travel to La Vallie Outlet Mall). Friendly, nonetheless.
Can consider making available a microwave, especially if there is no kettle or cups in the room.
The location is as good as Ibis other and Pullman.
We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Thank-you

A beautiful castle themed hotel in the middle of the woods. Picturesque in every way, a short ride from CDG airport. We had a beautiful room with a classic feel. It’s not cheap but what do you expect to stay in a castle near Paris? Food was good and we enjoyed the indoor pool with my 5 year old. A great place for a relaxing stay.

Je suis une habituée, c’est un bon hôtel. J’ai eu un soucis avec la réception en espérant que cela vas s’arranger. Je retournerai probablement une fois de plus. Sinon c’est un hôtel propre et plutôt neuf

Outstanding
GGuest UserSurprisingly one of the best airport hotel, the receptionist was so helpful even late in the night..the room is so big with awesome big bed. I would certainly like to stay much longer and will do soon. One to mention is excellent bar and awesome table tennis table.
GGuest UserAfter reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about this new hotel. However, it obvious the Manager has read the reviews and taken control of the issues. I took the train to CDG and was only going to have one day in Paris before my flight home. I decided to stay near the airport and go into Paris by RER for the day. This was the perfect hotel! When I arrived at CDG, I got my luggage and took the CDGVal shuttle to Parking PR, a 5 minute or less ride and leaves the airport every 3 minutes. When I exited the shuttle, it was a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel. You can't miss it. It's a big RED and ORANGE building. It's connected to the Residence Inn. When you get to the Residence Inn, just walk past and the Courtyard entrance is immediately there. There are signs and the navigation on my phone also worked perfectly. I had checked in online and indicated I would arrive at 11:30 am. I expected to store my luggage at the hotel but to my surprise, the front desk staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and said they had my room ready. I received my keys, dropped my luggage, freshened up and took the CDGVal back to Terminal 2 to catch the RER to Paris. I spend the day and had dinner in Paris. I returned to the hotel around 11:00 pm to again be welcomed to the hotel. It was by far best hotel staff I encountered on this trip. The next morning, I only needed to drop by key to check out. I had a 9:00 am flight and left my room at 6:00 am. I was at the airport by 6:15 and had checked my luggage and cleared immigration and security by 7:15. Duty Free had not even opened. When only passing through CDG for flights, I would no hesitate to stay here again. I only saw one issue and it was very minor. The carpets were not firm in the hall way so it was hard to pull my luggage with wheels.
JJawnzyThe location right by the airport made it easy to catch my connecting flight without any stress. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend this airport hotel for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay during their travels.
Ffluffy pancakesService: amazing, manager was kind and helpful, people at the restaurant on the ground floor were amazing too. Great service.
Room: You can see the airplanes taking off right from your window, yet room is completely sound proof so you won't hear a thing.
Room is quite big, honestly I had no idea I was booking a studio with a fully equipped kitchen (that I didn't use but was a nice surprise) everything was clean and fresh, bed was soft and comfortable.
Food: Soooooo yummy 😋 specially breakfast was pretty enjoyable experience (I got crazy with the donuts and beignets) it had a variety of foods as well as different types of coffee and orange juice.
Location: is next to the airport. You can't miss it.
10 out of 10 would recommend
GGuest UserVery friendly staff, reception, bar and restaurant. The ceviche was excellent! First morning I missed breakfast by 5 minutes but Laurence ensured I still got a coffee and came back from the kitchen with a paper bag filled with fruit, a brioche and orange juice. The next morning she recognised me and came over with some fruit again (“for your long working days!”). It’s these touches that make an outstanding customer experience! Room was good, but a bit dated and curtains were ripped. I would come back!
GGuest UserPlease carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself has seen better days. That being said the room was big and clean. It is situated some km from the airport and thus you can reach it by bus, we took a taxi which will set you back approx 20Euros. The hotel is situated in “hotel park” at the outskirts of a little town with a couple of restaurants. Being an airport hotel which I guess mainly cater for people with an early morning flight, it seems very strange that the room has no coffee maker and/or complentary coffee in the lobby. Rate is good but will properly try to find another hotel next time in Paris, where I have an early morning flight.
QQiudaoyu917The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is not big, but it is very clean. My colleagues were in transit in Paris and stayed for a few days. The hotel we stayed in was very cost-effective.
GGuest UserNothing spectacular. Difficult if youre used to luxury and can’t climb down ladder!! :) On own: quick stay over night next to airport it’s fine. Budget rooms, had shower and croissant and coffee - all done and on to the next. Not much around walking. I used Ubers to get around and quick and easy
KKleber ContiniThe hotel means whats is to be meant. They hold an antique furniture which we think it's nice.
The WIFI provided is completely the worst possible! I have read some complaints about it but I thought it could be a punctual problem. But its not, it belongs to the hotel. They don't provide an acceptable internet(which nowadays it's essential) service, so consider to have a sim card before.
The staff are friendly, the cleanliness are good and the breakfast you can find typical french food with excellent breads, croissants and cheeses.
The room is well comfortable and silent, we had an excellent night sleep after a long trip.
One point that in my opinion must be improved is the shuttle service, the last shuttle to the airport departs at 1045h local time, if you lose this time you get to pay them 10EUR to go to CDG. Many others hotels in the same are offer almost a 24h shuttle service.
The neighborhood is amazing, you can find very cozy restaurants and mini markets.
