Van der Valk Hotel Paris CDG Airport

I stayed at this hotel again two years later. I don't know why the name of the hotel changed again. To be honest, compared with other Charles de Gaulle Airport hotels I have stayed in, the rooms and facilities of this hotel are not bad, and the price is not high. But the hotel shuttle bus made us wait for more than an hour before checking in on the first day, which made me unable to give a good review of the hotel's service. Although the front desk staff repeatedly apologized at that time, and the hotel manager sent a handwritten apology letter to the room and a small box of chocolates the next day, I still want to write about this matter. After all, waiting for more than an hour in the cold wind is not a pleasant experience. The experience of my family returning the car to the airport the next day gave us sufficient reason to suspect that the white driver who was absent the day before took another private job during his shift the next day. The hotel's email does not require guests to make reservations in advance, and the front desk also repeatedly emphasized that there is a shuttle bus every half an hour. But Ctrip reminded guests to confirm with the hotel, and it seems that there was a complaint record before. Another weird thing is that because I arrived at the hotel too late on the first day of check-in, I bought two cups of instant noodles on the first floor for dinner. It's okay that the instant noodles that cost more than 1 euro in the supermarket are sold at 4.5 euros in the hotel, but one of the boxes did not even have any seasoning.
