hotel ambience is good, from outside and inside rooms everything fine, worst part is hotel local staff (specially Kitchen area) are ruining the good image of this small hotel, once you visit you will taste the rude behavior and attitude of breakfast manager sitting on computer system, every item of breakfast so cold that can not be eaten, surprisingly I ordered plain paratha with green chilly/onion, manager replied this will be charged, they have no courtesy for travelers, Reception person has good sense he was good... think before booking I request Owner of the hotel he has invested a good amount and built a very good property so he shall now focus on customer service , its really not acceptable people going out of breakfast zone without having breakfast due to bad behavior of staff manager, I travel across North not really happy with staff attitude...
