Update to my 2017 review: Since that time my wife and I have been back three more times and each visit was just as great as the previous ones. They have also added a new building with rooms and suites that include private whirlpools, saunas and swimming pools. We found the new decor in those rooms a bit dark, but no complaints!

Absolutely exceptional in every way. The quality and care is immediately noticeable. Every detail has been paid attention to. The staff is very well trained and attentive. If you’re looking for a high-quality experience where you do pay for what you get than this is the Place. Exceptional I will go back.

Already second time there and still amazing. Great team, amazing gastronomic offer and an complete wellness offer. We had this time our best sauna experience ever thanks to Zsolt! To not hesitate to attend his sauna cessions when you are there.

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Jagdhof. Von der ersten Minute an ist der Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Hotel ein Genuss. Das Auto wird geparkt und das Gepäck war auf dem Zimmer, nachdem wir einen Kaffee und vom reichhaltigen Kuchenbuffet etwas Süßes genossen hatten. Der SPA-, Wellness- und Fitnessbereich suchen ihresgleichen. Es ist ein Traum, morgens nach dem Aufwachen und abends, wenn die meisten Gäste auf dem Weg zum Galadinner sind, im Sportbecken seine Bahnen zu ziehen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist mega und wer da nichts findet, der ist selber schuld. Es werden glutenfreie, sowie laktose- oder fruktosefreie Lebensmittel angeboten, selbst gemachte Marmeladen, Aufstriche und Gebäck. Am Abend kommt man dann in den Genuss eines Menus, das an Kreativität und Einfallsreichtum kaum zu überbieten ist. Unser ganz besonderer Dank gilt Silke vom Frühstücksservice, Bernhard und Ernst vom Abenddienst. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber so aufmerksam sind wir nicht nie bedient worden. Unsere Wellnesssuite war geräumig mit separatem WC, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer. Leider waren die Temperaturen nicht geeignet, die dazu gehörige Terrasse zu nutzen. Für November haben wir bereits unsere nächste Auszeit gebucht und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Der Jagdhof ist eines der besten Hotels, die wir je besucht haben. Der Service beginnt gleich beim Einchecken. Auto wird geparkt, Gepäck ausgeladen und auf´s Zimmer gebracht. Eine persönliche kleine Führung brachte uns einen Überblick. Der Wellness- und Spabereich sucht seines Gleichen, ebenso der Fitnessraum. Überall findet man "Getränke-Tankstellen" und Liegen sind in so großer Anzahl vorhanden, dass ein Reservieren nicht nötig ist. Der Außenbereich mit seinem Schwimmteich und den Möglichkeiten, sich niederzulassen lädt ebenfalls zum Entspannen ein. Man sollte aber, bevor man hier absteigt, mindestens 3 kg abnehmen, denn sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet, das "kleine" Mittagsangebot - ich hab 15 verschiedene Kuchen und Torten gezählt, sowohl das Menue-Angebot am Abend ist nichts für Hungerhaken und Kalorienzähler. Sollte jedoch einmal etwas dabei sein, was nicht nach Geschmack ist, dann werden auch die ausgefallensten Sonderwünsche mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. An dieser Stelle möchte ich besonders Bernhard und Ernst noch einmal für den excellenten Service danken, der nie aufdringlich, aber immer sehr aufmerksam war. Wir haben wirklich jede Minute in der Sissi-Stube genossen. Ich bin sicher, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem tollen Hotel waren.

Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, wie lange nicht! Sehr gute Betten. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Kamin. Ein Wellnessbereich, welchen wir noch nirgendwo gesehen haben. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Riesige Auswahl am Buffet! Angenehme Essenszeiten. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Wir sind zum Wiederholtenmal in Röhrnbach zu Besuch gewesen. Da kann man nur sagen Exzellent in allen Bereichen. Egal ob Extras beim Essen oder im Zimmer oder bei den Getränke ein NEIN gibt es nicht. Sauna und Wellness ist für jeden was dabei. Preis Leistung TOP!!!! Wir werden wieder hinfahren.

Die Tatsache, dass ich im Jahr 2024 acht Mal zu Besuch war und jetzt im Januar schon wieder zwei Nächte dort verbracht habe, zeigt, wie schön es im Jagdhof ist. Es fühlt sich jedes Mal so an, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Das beginnt beim Personal, die einen schon kennen und immer für einen kurzen, persönlichen Plausch zu haben sind, und endet bei den Gästen. Auch hier trifft man immer wieder bekannte Gesichter. Wer ein mal dort war, will einfach nirgendwo anders hin. Der Grund ist einfach: Das Essen schmeckt und lässt einen immer wieder staunen, die Menschen um einen rum sind sympatisch und der Sauna-Bereich mit den Event-Aufgüssen ist einzigartig.
