I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi never works. Poor customer service. My room that they gave me was not cleaned and someone took a massive dump without flushing. I changed rooms and that one was smelly.

When they service the rooms they should have a check list so they don’t forget to stock the essential items in the room. I always have to go to the front desk for items that should have been in the room already.

No bathrooms at front desk area, staff not attentive to visitors at front desk as too busy interacting in spanish with other staff, provided excuses for front desk phone not working when dialed from my room, poor-no internet service, and TV initially inoperable. Overall disappointment.

Showed up and someone was being arrested literally right outside my room.
There was no soap to wash hands. I went to front desk and asked for some and they asked me to hunt down housekeeping. I didn’t realize it was my job to do that.
Internet was not working and was down, and considering I needed to get work done this was huge. Of course, staff seemed aloof about this.
