Old charming Badehotel. Badestelle über die Strasse, nicht wie von den Hotelbildern vermutet direkt über die Wiese.
Zimmer unterm Dach mit Meerblick - romantisch.
Wie erwartet .. alt ehrwürdige Ausstatung, Zimmer klein, praktisch, renoviert.
Abendessen für uns Erwachsene lecker, Kindermenü verfügbar, aber Pommes und Fisch sehr dunkel / fast verbrannt.
Frühstück sehr individuell gestaltet und fast alles "organic".
Wir hatten das Zimmer nicht direkt über das Hotel gebucht und auch keinen Tisch für abends vorab reserviert. Bekamen dann im Frühstücksraum den letzten Tisch am Durchgang. Plätze im Restaurant und Frühstücksraum mit Fenster waren wahrscheinlich schon vergeben.
War sehr unterhaltsam - Reise in die Vergangenheit um 1900.

Lovely hotel with sea view
Great food and lovely room, although I did bang my head on the slanted ceiling! The sea view was so lovely, and staff very knowledgeable for gluten free dishes. Lovely GF bread at breakfast too!

I had not been for dinner for a few years , historically often stayed in the hotel but now stay with friends. Anyway we all had dinner for 7 of us. Menu very good. They were able to handle our 3 people with dietary challenges. The wine list was VG and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the french Pinot Noir. Service Very good and i have to say it was good to back.

This is a beautiful older hotel. Because of the age some of the rooms were very small. The bed was either up against the wall or had a steep slope to the ceiling over one side of the bed. I requested a standard room and was told the all standard rooms had such challenges. I could pay more for a better room. When we checked out I asked and was told then did have other standard rooms that did not have those difficulties but they were not available for 3rd party booking such as *******.

Rødvig/Stevns is a Great place for a get-a-way, one Night or more. Rødvig kro and badehotel is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay very much. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, and home made food. Dinner was also Great and we sleep Fantastic in their nice beds. We would recommend it to our friends and come back any time

situated by the sea though the beach was very difficult to walk on, I loved to be able to take a lovely morning swim from the jetty.

Very pleasant stay with great food (we had 3 course dinner) and good view from the restaurant on the sea and the cliffs. Very cosy and clean rooms, we lived in a separate building but a nice walk. Super easy check in. Good value for money.

„Kulinarisch top – aber preislich an der oberen Grenze“ Ich war abends im Rødvig Kro & Badehotel essen und hatte ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis. Die Lage direkt an der Küste ist traumhaft, das Restaurant stilvoll und gemütlich, der Service freundlich und sehr professionell. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – ich hatte ein 3‑Gänge-Menü mit Weinbegleitung, und alle Gerichte waren durchdacht, fein abgeschmeckt und sehr schön angerichtet. Besonders der Hauptgang (Fisch mit saisonalem Gemüse) war auf hohem Niveau. Auch die Weinbegleitung hat gut gepasst. Was mir weniger gefallen hat, war der Preis. Für zwei Personen mit Menü, Wein, Wasser und Aperitif lagen wir schnell bei über 1.800 DKK. Selbst Wasser wird separat berechnet (35 DKK pro Person), was ich in dieser Preisklasse etwas übertrieben finde. Das schmälert für mich ein wenig das Gesamtbild. Fazit: Wer sich etwas Besonderes gönnen möchte und auf Qualität achtet, ist hier richtig. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut – aber der Preis sollte einem vorher bewusst sein. Deshalb gibt’s von mir 4 von 5 Sternen.
