Very comfortable, quiet village. I heard from German colleagues that this hotel often hosts weddings, it is very comfortable and breakfast is good. I will choose here next time.

Gutes kleineres, sauberes und sehr nettes Hotel im Herzen von Bad Oeynhausen am Kurpark und der Stadt. Das Badezimmer war relativ neu renoviert, das Bett angenehm hoch, nicht durchgelegen und das Zimmer mit kleinen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

Check in was friendly and easy. We had a suite which is situated next door. The room was spacious and very clean. Very well equipped. The bed was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with an excellent shower. Location of the hotel is perfect for town, park and railway station. Our room was situated at the back so no noise was experienced.

We had to go to the reception everyday because of issues with the keycards not working. Stayed 7 days in total, 2 couples with 2 rooms. Our room was away from the club, so we would only hear people outside and ofcourse the ambulances, since the ER is down the street. The other room got heavily disturbed by the club until 6am even with windows closed, glass was shaking from the bass and they barely got any sleep. We also have been told on the day we arrived, that the spa would be open from 19-22 only to figure out on the last day that they meant the Sauna area. Could have used the whirlpool everyday but missed out on it because of the staffs poor english skills. We had to use Google translate to ask for a new towel at the reception. We also overheard the cleaning staff talking really judgemental about the amount of empty bottles they have found in our rooms. Overall the hotel was really clean and modern, the restaurant food was good and the drinks were tasty. We will chose a different hotel next time.

The greeting was friendly and we were taken to our room. This is also imperative because the hotel is very angled and you need to remember the way well to avoid unnecessary ways. The room numbering is a little confusing so even the Dr. Hotel staff went wrong. The room itself is very ordinary and there are enough sticks available. Wi-Fi also works well. Unfortunately, breakfast was not the hit, where the devil is in detail. Unfortunately, the touch was dry and hard. It was filled on Sunday only after memory. Equally, the spice. On Monday morning there was no spice for it. The breads are not fresh and just baked. The coffee in the cane is unfortunately cooling quickly. When you come to breakfast later, many sauce varieties or butter etc. are no longer available. In the evening, it is essential to bring a lamp, because the parking is dark. The cocktails in the bar are so low that you think you just drink juice. Overall the hotel was very good, but is already a little away. The room behind was very quiet. Unfortunately the rooms were not cleaned. According to the hygiene concept of NRW, it is so. Other hotels do it, however, somewhat differently.

Wir planten zu sechst ein Familientreffen in Bad Salzuflen. Es passte zunächst alles! Der Zeitpunkt, das Wetter, die Stimmung und das Hotel. Ein freundlicher Empfang sorgte zunächst dafür, daß wir ,2 gehbehinderte Paare, kostenlose reservierte Parkplätze erhielten. So etwas hebt schon die Stimmung. Das dann in Anspruch genommene barrierefreie Zimmer war ideal und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauber, groß und genügend Bewegungsfreiheit! Ein ganz kleinen Hinweis würde ich geben, bitte das WC Becken etwas höher. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder hatten ein großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Allein die Enkel fanden ihr Bett etwas schmal. Kein Problem für den freundlichen und wendigen Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Er versprach ein Upgrad, wenn Gäste nicht anreisen würden. So kams dann auch und 6 strahlende Gesichter konnten sich den angebotenen Highlights der Stadt widmen. Doch dann kam es dicke und gleich doppelt. Krankheit und Missgeschicke zwangen uns zur sofortigen Rückreise. Jetzt ging es um Schadensbegrenzung! Dem Hotel sollte kein Schaden entstehen und wir wollten unseren begrenzen. Nach Schilderung der Sachlage konnten wir wir bei der Hotelleitung auf ein gewisses Verständnis bauen und man kam uns zur Schadensminderung kulant entgegen. Dafür sprechen wir unseren ausdrücklichen Dank aus! Für uns ist es Pflicht und ein dringendes Bedürfnis recht bald wieder einzukehren. Nach einem hervorragendem Frühstück traten wir einigermaßen getröstet unsere Heimreisen an. Manfred

Perfekt gelegen gegenüber dem Marta Museum, zur Innenstadt wenige Minuten, toller Rundgang über den Wall ganz um Herford herum ( 1Stunde). Sehr saubere Zimmer zuvorkommender Service, neues Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Parkhaus!
