Our first time at this property and we chose it because of the location to the metro on the red line. It is right out the back door across the street. Extremely convenient! We were visiting DC for the weekend. The property was nice, the room was room was comfortable, the service was excellent, the underground parking, while there is an additional fee, is secure and convenient and the checkin/checkout process was flawless. If you want a completely digital experience this is it. The staff checked in via text a few times but were not intrusive. We requested extra towels and received them promptly. While we didn’t visit them, there is an on-site restaurant/bar and a coffee shop available. We have stayed at other properties in the area. I am glad we chose to disregard any disgruntled negative reviews. This will be our property of choice when we visit the city.

Very nice facility, was skeptical ahead of our visit when we tried to change our reservation from two rooms to one room. They required us to cancel the original reservation and make a new one. I had to challenge the clerk to give me the wedding rate we had with the previous booking. It took four calls to get to someone who I could understand. They emailed the cancellation but then emailed the new reservation to the wrong email address. But, it all worked out fine in the end, they had our room at the correct rate, and we enjoyed our stay. Room was quiet, comfortable, and quite large. Bathroom was fine, shower was very nice and roomy. Room was clean, as was all of hotel.

I don’t know if the hotel is under new management but I read the negative reviews and was praying for a clean room but to my surprised the hotel was very clean… all areas where very clean. The hotels nearby are almost the same, this is OK. There is a small shopping center in the hotel for 2 minutes. There are supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient.

Use the Radisson Hotel next door instead for pick up. The Breakfast is very good, and staff is very friendly! It is a great place to stay if you just want to sleep, eat, and leave. The share fitness center is well maintained as well as a 24 hours small Dunkin' Donuts. Pool is seasonal. Everything works but AC/Heating Unit (one broken Grid) and TV(30”?) is a little out of date.

I'm located in Georgia, I was making reservations for my sister who is in the Rockville Md. area and didn't have access to a few things such as printer, her forms, so I reached out to Staff for assistance Jose kept in contact with me from confirming my sister's reservation until she checked in she said he stated he was waiting for her arrival. My Sister's check in was a breeze, she called me and stated we have to give kudos to Jose he made her feel welcome and special. Jose made me making reservation long distance a breeze. If you are like me, I can only hope when I book a hotel that the beds and shower are good. Canopy at Pike & Rose swept me off my feet! The beds are just perfect--not too firm, not too soft. And the shower--I wanted to take it home with me. The vibe is laid back, and the decor is light wood and smooth-as-glass concrete. Our room had a sliding barn door that separated the bedroom from the bath/open closet area, and one more to separate the toilet and shower from the general sink/mirrors. Our room also had a small refrigeration drawer that worked great, LG wide screen tv, and each floor has a filtered water and ice station--glass bottle provided. Great location for restaurants, shopping, pet friendly! Will stay here again, next chance I get!

I attended a conference at this hotel today. The accommodations were phenomenal! The signage was easy to follow for parking and access to meeting area; the parking was convenient and reasonable; the indoor and outdoor spaces were very enjoyable and comfortable! The food was outstanding! The quality and taste were impeccable! I really appreciated Guiermo, Maria and Emma today, who worked together to make sure I had some food even though I was late for the meal. The food was beyond my expectations! I'm located in Georgia, I was making reservations for my sister who is in the Rockville Md. area and didn't have access to a few things such as printer, her forms, so I reached out to Staff for assistance Jose kept in contact with me from confirming my sister's reservation until she checked in she said he stated he was waiting for her arrival. My Sister's check in was a breeze, she called me and stated we have to give kudos to Jose he made her feel welcome and special. Jose made me making reservation long distance a breeze. Thanks again JOSE when I come to visit her I will make sure to stop in to say Hello!!!! My Sister will be writing a review about her stay also

There is NO Shuttle Service.(The reason for 2* for Service and 3* for Facilities) They do offer compensation for uber/Lyft/Taxi within 3 miles(Rio Shopping Center and Shady Grove Metro), however for some reason Taxis Services won't come to this location. Use the Radisson Hotel next door instead for pick up. The Breakfast is very good, and staff is very friendly! It is a great place to stay if you just want to sleep, eat, and leave. The share fitness center is well maintained as well as a 24 hours small Dunkin' Donuts. Pool is seasonal. Everything works but AC/Heating Unit (one broken Grid) and TV(30”?) is a little out of date.

Our first time at this property and we chose it because of the location to the metro on the red line. It is right out the back door across the street. Extremely convenient! We were visiting DC for the weekend. The property was nice, the room was room was comfortable, the service was excellent, the underground parking, while there is an additional fee, is secure and convenient and the checkin/checkout process was flawless. If you want a completely digital experience this is it. The staff checked in via text a few times but were not intrusive. We requested extra towels and received them promptly. While we didn’t visit them, there is an on-site restaurant/bar and a coffee shop available. We have stayed at other properties in the area. I am glad we chose to disregard any disgruntled negative reviews. This will be our property of choice when we visit the city.
