This hotel is bad with bad services and bad attitudes

Not bad. But too darkness in room.

We had a less expensive interior room (opens on the atrium rather than the outside. It was fine and not noisy. The set up made sense. The uplights behind the bed headboards were particularly useful to provide enough light to navigate with the curtains all closed (see interior room) without brightness. I prefer a softer mattress, so the bed wasn't perfect for a side sleeper, but it was enough. The room was cold when we entered, but you have control of the temperature so that is easily fixed. Just a warning, breakfast at the restaurant has only one choice, a $20 buffet. If you aren't hungry enough tor that to be worth the cost and convenience, you will want to go to the Starbucks or leave the hotel.

Very nice hotel friendly staff and I definitely had a nice stay at the Hilton I just wish paying for hotel parking wasn’t a thing.

Wish they had a hot tub or pool.

The hotel is owned by Hilton and is far away, but close to the Shuangxi subway station on the red line, which is convenient for travel. There is a supermarket across the road, as well as bars and restaurants. One of them has a good beef rice. The hotel breakfast is not a buffet, and there are only 3 sets to choose from. The room with breakfast is not cost-effective.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but the surrounding facilities are good, there are various restaurants and supermarkets. The deposit is returned when you check out, or part of it is returned, and part of it is reserved. It is said that it will be returned after a few days. I don’t know what this means!

The hotel management is very good and the staff is also enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a large supermarket on the left, which closes at 10 pm. There is a gravel path through the hotel's greenery and trees that leads directly to the main entrance. You don't have to go around to the main entrance. The price is cheaper than the 711 across the street from the main entrance, but 711 is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very close to the subway station and you can see it when you go out. The hotel's underground parking lot costs $25 a day, which is much cheaper than driving to DC to park. Get on the bus at the Twinbrook subway station. If you are going to DC for a whole day, it is recommended to buy a one-day pass for $15.5 ($2 is the cost of the transportation card, which is non-refundable and is also a good souvenir for tourism), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times. The subway is $6.75 one-way, and $2 after 9 pm. The bus is $2. DC has a circulator for 1 US dollar, but if you don't have change or a transportation card, the driver will not let you put in coins. If you are only playing for half a day, it is recommended not to buy a one-day pass. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets separately each time.

The hotel lobby is still under renovation. The entire hotel facilities are a bit old, but it is clean and the service is good!

The room is large and the service attitude is also very good. The only drawback is that parking is not free and breakfast has an extra charge. However, there is a 7-11 opposite and there are all kinds of food. The problem is easy to solve~ Ps: There are many museums in Washington and they are free. I regret not staying a few more days to go around~
