The outside may look dingy, but don’t let that fool you! The rooms are beautiful and overlook the cove with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies for each room. Wonderful experience!

Great location and fantastic view. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and amenities. The towels are soft and have a luxury feel. Will definitely stay here again whenever I visit the Camden area.

On our 10 day trip around New England this was the best hotel we stayed in. Would highly recommend it to others. The room was wonderful- the view, the fireplace, and two comfortable chairs, and especially appreciated two sinks in and just outside the bathroom- really made a difference when two people are trying to get ready. Awesome room!

Was a potentially great location but no windows that looked at the bay. And restaurant choices in the Rockport/Rockland Area are very limited in late October.

Very Happy with my stay!
Very nice location with an amazing view! Rooms were comfortable and everything worked. Staff were super nice! Rooms had a basic modern layout. Wish the rooms had a microwave but they do have one in the ice room.

The room was very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The views from the room were great. The only shortcoming was breakfast - not many options.

First, this is a drop-dead gorgeous location. Our room had a great view of the bay, and one sunrise in particular was spectacularly orange. The hotel was close to multiple restaurants in Rockport and Camden - this trip was a foodie's dream. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
Two (very) minor downsides. First, we visited at the end of October, and breakfast ends after Columbus Day. Second, the room did not have a desk, so evening work (and everything else pretty much closes at 5 in late October) was done in a chair or sitting in bed. Fortunately, I didn't have much work to do.
