Nice quiet place. Lady at checkin was friendly. Quick checkin. Thought is closed to freeway, room was quiet. Liked Hardwood floor. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Multiple choice of hot items, cereals, bakery, fruits. Coffee machine with 20+choice of mocha, late,espresso, and hot chocolate. Will stay again.

The place was nice but when I checked out asking for a late check out they charged my credit card 30.00 with out telling me of charge BEWARE and look at your statement after u leave bad practice called to rectify and they will not reverse.BAD won't work with Customers

Quick stay on a business trip; hotel was very clean and comfortable. Easy on/off access to the interstate with a huge event center on property as well as a variety of offerings for breakfast. Very friendly staff; would stay here again and request a room with a balcony.

My husband and I stayed one night and by the time we got home a few hours later, I realized that I left an article of my clothing in the room that has special meaning to me. I called right away and spoke to the manager Nick who said a new person was staying in the room and didn't answer the door. He checked with the lost and found but it wasn't there either. I called again the next morning and spoke to manager Mike who also said they were unable to find it. I called again 2 days later and spoke to Nick who indicated that the "house cleaners" didn't see it when they cleaned the room and the man staying in the room after our stay didn't see it. This item did not just "disappear". It was taken!!! With the process of elimination, I would believe the house keeping helped themselves to it because a single man is not going to need, nor want, the article of clothing that was forgotten. I told Nick that this item needed to be returned with no questions asked. Still no call from the hotel management. Very disappointed in this establishment and I would NEVER stay there again. Thieves....

Never ever stay here- I have filed a complaint with the BBB and placer health department. This place needs to be condemned. The staff is rude. The worst hotel. I checked out within 35 minutes. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!

Had a non-refundable reservation, however they broke the contract by telling me that they did not have the suite reserved available. (One of three or four rooms with a spa, depending who you talk with.) They lied and are now telling me that they had a room available and I was a no-show. The crooked employees, are doing their best to avoid refunding my credit card. No understanding of customer service or ethics. You would be surrounded by better people in a homeless camp.
