Annual Fly Fishing Trip The house worked great for our group of 6 guys on our annual fly fishing trip. First floor master suite was a nice surprise. The long flight of stairs to upstairs befrooms presented a little challenge for a couple of our older members. Other than that, nice location and very comfortable. Just a short trip to the Upper Beaverkill and Willowemoc.

Wedding weekend We came in for a wedding for the weekend. We chose this property because it was the only one I could find that was handicap accessible and close to the venue. The owner was very nice to leave the garage door open and the lights on for our arrival. The property and house were spotless. The only thing that would have made our stay better is if there had been shampoo, soap (one bar for two showers) and some coffee for the first morning. Especially since there are no stores close by. I would also suggest having an iron . Nice to have when traveling and going to a wedding.

Beautiful mountain vacation stay The house was perfectly located and well appointed kitchen made cooking our fresh fish catches delish. The beds were comfy and the location was idyllic, calm and tranquil. The kids enjoyed seeing deer in the yard almost daily. Wifi worked perfectly. We cannot wait to stay again next year!

Catskill Fly First visit to the Catskills. The object of the trip was to see and fish the famous rivers of the mountains. We were able to get on the upper Beaverkill and the Willowemoc for a wade trip and a float trip on the West branch of the Delaware. The float was 13 miles of prime trout water ending in the pitch black of night. The guides were more than knowledgeable and more hard working than I have seen on other trips. The house was immaculate, well stocked and a perfect location. Don’t let the secret out. One small suggestion from early morning coffee drinkers, maybe a larger coffee pot, not that we didn’t make do. We would definitely stay there again. We have already agreed to return.
