Very run down motel. We booked on the day of stay and arrived late. The text communication from the Manager was good and key left in the safe for us upon arrival. The room was either undergoing an upgrade Or was very run down, not sure of which. There were holes in the wall and sections of the wall where paint was missing in places where it was obvious old cupboards had been. The occupants of the room next door sat outside our room most of the night smoking with the smoke coming right on in. Designated smoking areas would be a good idea ( away from the rooms) The hot water system from the room next door sounded like a train in our room .

A bit away from the city center but quiet enough and very clean, good for couples, families, anyone who visits Rockhampton in any purpose. There is also a very nice restaurant by the side of the poor with a very nice view. Though a bit high in cost but highly recommended.

🧹 Health: First of all, health really needs to be strengthened. We stayed at night. There was no 24h front desk. Unidentified stains were found on the sheets. I could sleep on the other side at night. 🚗 Traffic: It's all driving here, but at least explain how to check in and parking on the reservation email. The hotel is on the roadside. If you don't have a room card, you can't enter the garage. When you check in, the car can't stop and help the road. There are several parking spaces on the roadside are full. Finally, you can put a person off the bus to check in, and the driver circled.

I want to blow up this hotel, the point is that there is no booking, Trip.com is set. How good is it, the whole family lived in a pity to stay for one night, I feel suitable for two nights. Let me talk about the service first. We booked a three-bedroom because of eight people. They didn't have another one-bedroom on the same day. They quickly added a bed for us in the living room with 20 knives, and it was very comfortable. The balcony scenery is particularly beautiful, and the kitchen facilities are all available, milk is also delivered, the bed is clean and comfortable, and it is very friendly to my allergy star. Parking is free. If you must say where to improve, it is the toilet ~ there are two, but we are not crowded because the family wakes up time is different, in short, strong push!

We are travelling for business, and looked at the location for the affiliated accommodation provider and were not impressed. After the previous not of being in very poor accommodation we drove around Rockhampton and was impressed by the way Edge presented themselves. Their staff were very hospitable and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the whole room was beautiful and clean! Highly recommend! We will be back for sure.
