Excellent staff excellent service highly recommend this hotel to anybody very clean very safe nothing negative about this place

We booked this room late at night on our road trip - we checked in late around 1am. When we got into the room the beds were damp but we were so tired that we just slept there anyway. In the morning we realized our shower didn’t have a shower curtain and they only had 2 towels when we had my husband and I as well as both of our kids. We also noticed that the were multiple dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The whole room smelt like mildew. When we went to have breakfast there was nothing, everything had been cleaned up before 9am. I doubt we would have eaten there anyways..

Was not satisfied with room smelled like smoke which made my stay uncomfortable the heat didn’t work either

Be careful booking here as the online info regarding charges do not match what is ultimately charged i.e. $10 per pet and $50 cleaning fee (IF NEEDED) was norw a flat $50. Mgmnt said info online was from the former owner. The hotel is being renovated but that does not excuse the absolute minimal breakfast offering. Did not have coffee available. The hotel rear entrance (closer to our room) had ahuge overflowing garbage container that was foul smelling and in need of emptying. The shower leaked hot water that splashed onto the bathroom floor creating a slip hazard.

On arrival they could not get a key to work. Said that they'd have to let me in when I would need to. Hmmm, no, I don't think so. I was able to get a key that they called a master. "Please don't enter other rooms" I was told. Great, how many people can unlock my room? There were no cups in my room. There were no tissues in my room. The room was dirty. The office chair was broken and unsafe. You could fall over backwards or fall on your face forwards. The toilette seat was only connected in one spot. The knob to control the thermostat was missing. I had a small screw driver in my briefcase so I was able to adjust the temperature. They promote their continental breakfast on their marquee. It had coffee, two choices of dry cereal. NO MILK, and juice. When asked about the milk the lady at the desk said, "What do you want me to do about it?" The final thing was they charged me more for the stay. Refused to take the added safe charge off or compensate in any way. I've been staying at Super 8's for decades. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Makes we want to not stay at any Super 8's ever again.
