The food was amazing v most employees was respectful and very very sweet some had really messed up attitude didn’t give af about nobody feelings and quick to call police without even coming and explaining the issue

Hot water was out. Never took a showers that cold in life. There was construction going on. Pool and fitness was closed. There was no warning about this prior to booking. The desk did not offer discounts for inconvenience

The cleanliness of the hotel was superb! However when you put two 16 oz bottles of water in the room and say that they are complimentary, and then you are charged $6.00 at the end of your stay is deceiving!! When I called the hotel about this problem the desk clerk was very rude and said the water was free to hold star members only! They should have said This on the card that was on the bottles of water!!! It was misleading and I am sure I am not the only one to complain about this misrepresentation of the fact!! I could have purchased 3 gallons of water from the Walmart right around the corner, if I had known I was going to be charged $6.00 for two 16 oz bottles of water! It was a gross misrepresentation of the facts and I would never stay at this hotel again especially with the rudeness of the desk staff!!! Unsatisfied customer!!

There was a remodeling project going on, l got a nice room, the staff was excellent. The next time I come from Florida, that hotel will be my spot. 😬

We really enjoyed the stay! The room was comfortable and clean, the service was great. My only complaint is that they are doing renovations so things were a little torn up in the lobby and when we checked in the water was off. Water was restored by 6 or 7. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Can't wait to go back once renovations are done.
