"The location belongs to the suburbs, it is very quiet, there is nothing to visit nearby. But the room is large and there is a BBQ restaurant next to it, which is delicious. In the United States, the price is very high."

"No frills hotel. Breakfast was very subpar. They seemed understaffed and trash was overflowing during the breakfast rush while food was coming out burnt. The bathrooms are so small that only one person can fit in there making it hard for families with young children."

"Due to the somewhat industrial location, I did not have high expectations for this place. But I have been pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and well stocked. They are in the middle of renovations, and my room is one of the renovated ones. Very comfortable and quiet."

"Both the person that checked us in and the person that checked us out were super kind and friendly. I wish I knew the name of the person that checked us in. We had no idea what we were doing when we checked in and she was so patient and kind while walking us though it. Heck! Even the guy who explained parking to us was super nice! Kuddos, Chicago. "
