I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

Very good location near St Mary hospital and clean and large room, but the breakfast was too small and not enough.

Upon check in room was warm. Went to dinner, came back and the room had not cooled off. Attempted to call front desk but no answer. Had not slept yet at 3 am, so showered and that only made it worse. Called front desk. They brought a fan up and finally to sleep around 4:30 am. Had appt at Mayo, came back and moved rooms. Before setting up room, went to the bathroom, then toilet wouldn’t flush. So, we moved rooms for the third time which was much cooler and comfortable. Staff worked with us the best they could, but we unfortunately won’t be staying there again.

love that the sheets and blankets do not smell like chemicals; green cleaning is great. The glass along the wall allows for all noises (people walking down hallway talking, and one of the workers decided to stand in front of my window at 6 a.m. and have a long conversation about the heating system that was being repaired on the various floors. The black out curtains don't blackout the bright lights that stay on in the hallway and allow light in. The cookies were yummy in the evening, although one night they got away from the baker and were burnt. The next night, delicious. This is a Continental breakfast and there were a lot of choices for people with no dietary restrictions or do not want tons of sugars or carbs in their diet. The area was clean thouh This was a very convenient location. I had two vehicles and they charge $10 for an additional parking space, although there was plenty of parking available in the back of the building. The lobby is very small; looks a lot bigger in the photos. The cleaning staff is very nice, and I gave my old towels to them and they gave me new ones. I didn't need to have my room cleaned, which he seemd happy about. Always leave a tip for your cleaning

Thin walls enable you to hear what’s happening in the next room. Not as clean as I would like to see.

This is an older but well kept property, and our first stay. We usually stay at the Aspen Suites (next door), but it was unavailable. The breakfast was fine, but no hot food offered with the exception of toast. I’d stay here again.

Close to Mayo Clinic. Several restaurants in walking distance. Ahuttle to and from Mayo

Comfortable room but small- cozy. Had to ask for a blanket- only had a stiff sheet and summery blanket. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Good selection of tv channels. Good price.

the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and building were very outdated. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage and was repaired very poorly and the chair in our room was torn in many places. The towels were very rough like sand paper and the sheets had several stains on them. The property did NOT look like the pictures online. Will not stay here again.
