My wife and I stay at this location in Rochester when we go to visit family (about 2-3 times a year). Our stays have always been exceptional, even during the Covid pandemic, during which time Covid restrictions were explained up front at check-in. There are a few employees that recognize us, and spend a few minutes talking with us. Associates at the front desk are always accessible, and address any concerns that we might have, even if it’s just telling them that the coffee urn in the lounge is empty. I’ve noticed that everyone, including maid service staff and maintenance workers always seem to be in a good mood, and interactions among associates is always pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortably arranged. The pool and exercise room are clean and an adequate size. Morning breakfast is always stocked, with a selection that would satisfy most diets. I have no negative comments whatsoever about this location.

we normally stay here when in the area for work as it is an excellent location and near the interstates. the airport is about 6 miles away so not truly an airport hotel but close enough that is is not to far a stretch. the rooms are updated and clean. the hotel is quiet and the staff are excellent from the front desk to the lounge to the housekeepers. i highly recommend this Marriott if in the area.

Rochester's cost-effective hotel. Very new and clean, the room is big enough, there is an oven to get something to eat. It is very close to the high-speed entrance and it is very convenient to drive out.

The hotel is simple, soundproof is not good, all kinds of people have! There are no neighbors, it is close to the airport, 3 minutes by car.

This hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. We entered the building and there was a gentleman at the front desk area on the phone and a couple of ladies at the breakfast area chatting. We waited a couple of minutes for the guy to get off the phone, when one of the ladies walked up and asked how she couple help us. We had no indication that she worked there when we walked in. The room was on the small side, dated and the furniture in it was worn. The table in the room we were given was on its last legs. The beds and fridge were fine though. There was a microwave that we didn't use. There was also a Keurig and 4 coffee/tea pods. The bathroom was subpar. The tub was dinged up. There was a rubber mat in the tub that partially lifted when you used the tub. Not sure if it was a sticker or a rubber mat and I didn't dare to lift it up to check. Surprisingly, all the products in the bathroom were Dove and not the normal HIE stuff. The pool was closed. Breakfast was fine, 2 types of eggs and meats to choose from as well as breads, fruits, cereals. The pancake machine was broken.

J'ai passé deux nuits à cet hôtel en août, pour des vacances. J'avais choisi cet emplacement à cause de son excellente localisation près de l'autoroute 390 et près de la route 15, qui permet de se rendre facilement au centre-ville de Rochester, et mon choix s'est avéré très utile. Par contre, l'intérieur de l'hôtel s'est avéré très décevant: tapis des corridors crasseux, mauvaise insonorisation (surtout pour le bruit provenant du corridor), saleté des planchers dans la chambre (mes pieds fraichement lavés sont devenus noirs après 5 minutes de marche dans la chambre), comptoir de salle de bain sale, interrupteurs de salle de bain sales, etc. Qui plus est, le personnel ne fait pas respecter le règlement de fumer à plus de 50 pieds de l'hôtel, et il y a en tout temps des fumeurs de cigarettes et de cannabis agglutinés près de la porte d'entrée, des sorties latérales et des fenêtres -- et qui empestent l'air ambiant. Les pancartes demandant de ne pas fumer ne font définitivement pas la job. Ça aiderait peut-être si le management enlevait les bancs en métal placés près des entrées, où les fumeurs s'installent.... D'ailleurs, même l'homme faisant le remplissage des aliments dans la salle à manger sentait la vieille cigarette à 7h00 du matin.... Et, insulte suprême (...) : cet hôtel n'offre pas de thé, ni dans les chambres, ni à la salle à manger. Donc, apportez le vôtre. Autre élément choquant: j'avais une confirmation écrite du tarif pour mon séjour réservé il y a un mois sur le web, mais en arrivant, surprise: je découvre qu'il y a des nouveaux frais ajoutés pour le stationnement, le coffre-fort et les clés de la chambre (...) . J'ai refusé de payer ses frais cachés non annoncés, mais j'ai dû faire cette négociation avec la «front desk manager» car le personnel courant disait ne pouvoir rien faire. Finalement, parlons de la clientèle: je la qualifierais de «non-éduquée». Majoritairement masculine, qui gueule dans les corridors à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, qui sent la transpiration et les cigarettes fumées depuis des jours aux premières heures du jour dans la salle à manger ; les quelques femmes vues se sont, pour leur part, présentées en pyjama pour le déjeuner. La grande classe! Ça vaudrait probablement la peine de remettre un document sur le code de conduite à adopter dans un hôtel, car c'est clair que les voyageurs de cet hôtel ne le savent pas. Bref, c'est un hôtel que j'éviterai à l'avenir, même si je suis membre du programme de loyauté qui inclut cet hôtel.

Because I had to drive back to Boston, I found this place to rest for one night. It was a very clean, quiet and elegant hotel. I highly recommend it. If you come here to visit schools, it is a good choice. It is not far from the Great Falls, and it takes an hour to drive.
