There was nothing special about this hotel. It did sit in a nice retail area with lots of restaurants and shops booth Burger King and McDonald’s were close by as was a potato restaurant not have breakfast. My bike was stored in a shed securely to the side of the hotel.

We've stayed in IBIS hotels many times, and have usually been impressed by their high standards. Unfortunately this one fell far short. The hotel itself is difficult to find, due to lack of signage on the nearby roads. When we first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist could not find our booking. Whilst she was searching for it, another guest pushed past us to the desk and asked her a question. She then ignored us whilst she answered it, and did not apologise to us for the interruption. This behaviour is totally unacceptable, and is definitely not the way to treat your customers. During the whole of our stay we could not use the hotel WiFi on any of our devices. On two separate occasions we asked the staff at Reception for help, but they were unable to solve the problem and even implied that it was our own fault! One of them even asked "Why do you not just use your 4G signal?" We eventually realised that the the problem was caused by the network not directing us to a Login Page after we first connected. These incidents fall far short of the high standard we have come to expect from Ibis Hotels, and we do not feel that we received good value for money on this occasion.

Hotel was good and staff helpfull. The room was fine.parking good as I would expect more than this is difficult to put into words As an ibis budget there is a limited amount to comment on thus I have done my best .

Personnel très aimable , chambre propre ainsi que l'établissement , petit déjeuner très bien . Bien situé ,calme et niveau restaurant vous avez tout prés et en plus avec remise en présentant votre facture hotel . Si je reviens dans la région je réserve sans hésitation .

L'hôtel est bien situé ,la literie est confortable et les chambres bien insonorisées. Mais le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on a dans d'autres ibis budget ,le jus de pommes était infecte, gros pot de Nutella ou tout le monde pioche dedans c'est dégoûtant,et beaucoup moins de choix. Dommage. Sinon le personnel est sympathique.

Plusieurs séjour toujours agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, le site de l hôtel met que l accueil est ouverte 24h/24, mais lors de mon dernier séjour je suis arrivé vers 14h10 la 2 eme porte était fermée a clé,une dame vient ouvrir et je lui demande si c est fermé ? Elle me répond sèchement je vous ai dit 15h Come si elle m avait déjà vu.alors que je venais d arrivée,elle m a quand même fait mon entrée ,mais elle était pas trop contente,je comprends que nous pouvons avoir les chambres a partir 14h30 mais l aimabilite... Étant également du métier un peu de tact serait le bien venu surtout quand on se tape 8h de route

Un aller le 15 mars, impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre, la dame a dû ouvrir avec sa clé plusieurs fois et nous dis que nous avions planté le digicode.. à chaque fois c'était pareil, je pense que nous ne sommes pas c... à ce point. Elle nous reproche de ne pas avoir prévenu que nous avions un chien (lors de la réservation nous avions bien précisé et payé le supplément, et cela apparaissait sur sa feuille) bref.. literie du lit superposé sale, heureusement nous n'en avions pas besoin. Le lendemain matin, une autre dame, à ouvert également avec sa clé et nous a dis que les piles du digicode devaient être hs. Au retour, le 23 mars, une chambre nickel, une dame très sympathique le soir, et un Mr aussi sympathique au moment du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est parfait pour le prix, la literie est confortable ; parking et wifi compris dans le prix.

Pas de climatisation problème récurrent habitué des lieux les tarifs ont augmenté sans raisons 85 euros pour la nuit offre et demande certainement lié à un changement de direction il se reconnaîtra bref 35 degrés à l extérieur super encore bravo nuit blanche nous aussi ont travaillé à part ça le personnel de réception et autres est extras se qui nous fait revenir mais jusque quand ????
