The room was in a separate small building, just rooms and lift, no hotel atmosphere. No coffee/tea facility. Jacuzzi with hand shower cleaning is performed in 5 minutes and not thorough.Location is good lots of restaurants/ coffee shops.

We had a room in the new part of the hotel facing the street which was rather hot with hardly any air circulation. They had put in a small ventilator which didn’t help much. We also missed a water cattle or coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was great and very extensive with nice and friendly staff.

Hotel is in a lovely area. We went out and ate in a restaurant in town. We also felt €15 was expensive for a simple buffet breakfast so we went to a local coffee shop for fresh croissants and coffee. Our room was in the attic of the annex rather than the hotel which was a bit disappointing but it did have a lovely comfortable bed and a wonderful jacuzzi bath , just a shower head over the bath. Bonus was the use of pool, sauna and steam room.

Heerlijk mooi hotel, recent vernieuwd en modern met nog steeds die authentieke Ardennese toets. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met alles erop en eraan. Personeel is vriendelijk en attent en doet de moeite om je in je eigen taal te ontvangen. Hier komen we graag terug.

Prachtige kamers, heerlijke bedden, mooie badkamer met shampoo, etc, föhn. Uitzicht op de tuin. Uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeerplaats, zwembad en sauna, in het centrum, dichterbij restaurants.Prachtige omgeving.

Ongelooflijk hartelijk ontvangst. Idyllisch kader, zaten in de tuin. Personeel super attent en vriendelijk. Konden enkel nog koude hapjes eten, maar die waren voortreffelijk. Zeker een aanrader. Totaalconcept tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Le personnel gentil, serviable, à l'écoute et de bon conseil ! Le petit-déjeuner est somptueux, il ne manque rien! Les installations du Wellness (hamman, piscine) sont extras, dommage par contre que le sauna ne fonctionne pas. La chambre magnifique, fonctionnelle, il y a même un frigo, un plateau de courtoisie, chambre au calme! Dommage qu'il n'y ait plus de bain à bulles dans les chambres depuis les rénovations! Et le nouveau resto tapas est vraiment bien et les prix sont raisonnables!

Heel mooi origineel kader, ruime kamers, zwembad en fitness, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, gratis parking aan achterzijde, in hartje van mooi stadje. Goed bereikbaar vanaf autostrade en goeie uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de Ardennen.

Aucune réponse après plusieurs tentatives de contact, donc pas de réservation et pas de séjour !
