Amazing stay at this hotel. Really love the ambience friendliness of staff facilities and amenities they provide. They have a swimming pool on the ground floor as well. But parking isn't free and we weren't told about this. So if you consider parking overnight you have different options.

Rooms were good sized as we booked for family of 4. Has a small kitchenette which is great. Toilet was stinky even upon check-in that smelled like public toilet. Very obvious that house keeping doesn't mop the floor. Worst hotel experience due to this. Not acceptable. Coffee is never replenished at all. There were also dishes left outside the room door from previous guests that was not clean. Location is good if you are going to grottes de han.

A very nice hotel, catered to families with children.
A few ‘minus points’
The restaurant was very small for the size of the hotel.
There was no night light or power outlet at the child’s bed
The temperature in the entire hotel, including the room, was very high! This was difficult to regulate in the room and sleeping in these temperatures was not pleasant for us.

Excellent location in the historical and touristic center of Han-Sur-Lesse. Modern hotel with nice rooms and a cozy bar and restaurant.
Only downside was the big crowd at breakfast where it was looking for a free table.

Family room for 3 people. Very spacious room with 2 double beds, also facilities to cook something.
Very clean, and also friendly staff.
Was for us an ideal base for the region and certainly the Domain of the Caves of Han, this is less than a 10-minute walk away.
There is also a parking lot under the hotel but it fills up quickly, nearby you can park for a fee on a square.

Hotel in an excellent location, close to the Han caves and with an indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, but leave much to be desired in terms of hygiene. Not all the staff are equally friendly either.
