I put 3/5 because I couldn't enjoy the benefit. Negotiation with the hotel is impossible to delay the reservation of a night (even paying a surcharge) because I took the unchanged price option. Sorry, since the hotel is far from being filled at that date.

In the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! The hotel has a bell and a bell pool of water, and it is too hot, but the boys have enjoyed a half hour. The hotel is perfect for the guests. The room is perfectly hygienic , a sports room that has nothing to envy the palaces ( and I know what I am talking about having tested the Normandy palace that was in a stupid state ) perfect hygiene vélo tapis ramer and elliptical everything is there. Breakfast still perfect hygiene still innocent. With a challenged price all competition. Thank you for all staff and very soon. Annie and Olivier

I am lucky that my company is moving away from the Tours Nord area. It means that I do not have to stay in this Mercure anymore. Let me be clear: the staff members are very nice and that is the reason I still give 3 points. However, this is the only Mercure where I would never get an upgrad as a platinum or now gold member. They are always full. Sometimes I find it hard to believe given the size - and the fact that in CDG I have the upgrade every time. The standard rooms are of good standard mercure quality but in regards to amenities it is really below any kind of standard: you have a shower gel from a large bottle (that was unfortunately empty) and the same for the soap. There is nothing else. You get coffee powder and a couple of tea bags as well as a half liter of water. Maybe I am spoiled after our holidays in Asia but I am seriously considering to quit the Accor Live Limitless program and try my luck somewhere else. For two nights for business it is ok and again, lovely staff. Just not a place that makes you feel welcome. I am looking forward to seeing the folks at the Mercure Tours Sud again (should I remain with ALL...).

Have used this location for charging a Tesla twice before booking at stay. The hotel has all that you would expect for a fantastic stay. Booked a superior room in the chateau. On arrival whilst checking in we discovered that the hotel has no restaurant!! It does offer gourmet meals in kilner jars. Local restaurants nearby but on a Sunday night it was likely to be a hunt around for one that was open. We were then shown to our room and led toward the annex, I called the waiter back and said we booked a superior room in the chateau which we were eventually shown to. Lovely room beautifully furnished, however, the shower controls were stuck on very hot and took two hands and a real struggle to turn down. It was 30C outside and the room was hot, the air conditioning was weak and ineffective and never achieved anything like the 21 degree C target. Our stay was saved by an excellent breakfast, however, our check out was delayed as the receptionist was cooking a clients eggs for breakfast and could not leave the kitchen !! Excellent hotel with poor service and insufficient numbers of staff and without an in house restaurant the lack of service offering to the excellent rooms is a major draw back.

Best night’s sleep in a hotel ever! Comfortable beds and pillows, proper curtains and almost silent air con. Brilliant shower with Rituals products, separate toilet (always a winner!). Connecting rooms worked well for our family and the dog was made really welcome with bowls ready for her food and water. Can’t wait to come back again.

Hotel is located outside Tours, in a small quiet village. New building. Beautiful, stylishly furnished. spacious parking. Friendly staff. The hall is spacious and has large windows. You can sit there comfortable and drink or eat. Once in the room: The room is spacious, we had a room with a double bed. Bed is good. Shower space is separate, so if someone needs 🚽, the other can quietly douche or teeth cleaning. I find it a good idea-＞ practical. Great smart TV. There is enough room to put your stuff. You can also work quietly: there is a kind of desk and a fine chair. Internet is fine 👌

The breakfast at the hotel is okay, with freshly boiled eggs and plenty of hot food, which is more friendly to Chinese stomachs. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 o'clock early, which is more convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, recommended to stay

The room is new and large, and the self-driving is convenient. There is a Chinese buffet nearby. The hotel has a sauna. It is very large. It is very pleasant to steam after playing. There are many parking lots, free parking for him.
