The hotel has NO airconditioner in the room and also not anywhere in the hotel. It was 30-35 degrees and unbearable. The hotel employee made fun of me for asking for an airco and said this was not my their problem but mine as I'm spoiled and unable to sleep with 35 degrees without airco (and they say it is not mentioned anywhere in the website of the hotel that there is an airco). Further the food (breakfast) was really not good. The "chef" got angry at me for complaining that the croissants were burned and the fruit were rotten. She claimed that this is how Italian like their croissants and fruit. I reserved 6 nights, left after the first night and ended up paying 3 additional nights (instead of 5, thank you for that!) as there is no cancallation possible.

A very nice family style hotel. Very clean facilities, friendly staff and amazing food! Well located to visit DolceAqua, Apricale and lots more. Walking distance to Roccheta Nervina medieval village and waterfall. Lots of natural pools to swim in. Highly recommend!

Beautifully landscaped. Hotel is nice, although could use some upgrades. Had dinner there and it was good. Pool area very well maintained and inviting. Some good points about the hotel are all worthless when your room has no A/C and it's July, plus our room faced the east with the morning sun baking our room to a very uncomfortable 31C or for you Americans 87F. I took one ride in the elevator and decided to walk to our room on the 3rd floor, a hair-raising ride to say the least. I know what the temperature of the room was because there are controls for a/c that work but aren't connected to the a/c.

OLDER HOTEL,BUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED.HAD APARTMENT VERY QUITE.THEY CATERED FOR SONS WEDDING 94 GUESTS IN TOTAL ALL STAYED AT LAGO BIN.P00L AREA FANTASTIC CLEAN AND LOVELY SETTING. WEDDING WAS IN THE GROUNDS LOWER GARDEN FOR APERATIF, UPPER GARDEN FOR RECEPTION. THE GROUNDS IN FULL BLOOM UNDER BIG TREES PLENTY OF SHADE COULD NOT OF BEEN MORE PERFECT.FOOD, BAR, SERVICE, 10 OUT OF TEN. GUESTS TRAVELLED FROM ALL OVER WORLD ,AND THEY ARE STLL TALKING ABOUT THE 4 TO 6 DAYS WE SPENT HERE SO THANK YOU STAFF AT LAGO BIN AND VILLAGERS OF ROCCHETTA NERVINA., FOR GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Nice and quiet stay away from crazy modern life. Lots of foods for the gastronomic dinner, we enjoyed it very much but bring a big appetit !! Nice pool and bar for cocktail. Breakfast was also good. We came with our little dog very welcomed too. We had a great stay in this family type hotel and restaurant. We recommend it!!!

Establishment (hotel, swimming pool and cleanliness of the restaurant) correct. DISGUSTING food and rude cook/patron. We were 6 people for lunch and ate nothing. Recooked ravioli, lamb inedible because very hard (probably reheated or expired). A shame for Italy. The owner was being very unpleasant claiming and insisting that her food was top notch. How is this possible with untouched plate?. The server noticed but did not ask the question of why!!!! Total I don't care attitude...More than 250 euros for not having touched anything and no possible conversation with the owner. We had to pay in full. They were happy to see us leave unhappy. We didn't want to believe the reviews posted about this, but it's all true!!!!

Un weekend inoubliable en famille. La dolce vitae comme on se l'imagine dans nos rêves les plus fous. Tout a été parfait lors de ces 2 jours de novembre : l'accueil, la générosité du personnel, l'ambiance festive, les buffets gargantuesques, les chambres, la situation de l'hôtel, les tarifs imbattables... Rien à redire. Un grand merci tout particulier à Cécilia qui a été aux petits soins pour nous tous : 16 personnes, 8 chambres, tout le 1er étage privatisé. On reviendra, c'est certain.

Ottimo hotel immerso nel verde. Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La cena e la colazione sono state ricche e abbondanti. I camerieri sono stati gentilissimi, purtroppo non parlano bene in italiano e a volte fanno confusione. Consiglio di aggiungere una stufetta in bagno per le mezze stagioni.
