Rifugio Fedaia

We are on holiday on the Marmolada for the second time and we stop here for lunch. The food is good and this made us come back. I'm allergic to nickel and I mentioned it, I decide to order a pizza thinking I'm on the safe side, too bad they LEAVE A LITTLE DETAIL, their dough for unknown reasons is with Multigrain flour, then wholemeal, then with nickel. It is not indicated on the menu as the ALLERGENS are not indicated as it should be by law and they do not even point it out themselves at the time of the order. The doubt arose about the flour after eating 3 slices of pizza. Luckily I don't have severe allergic reactions, I'll manage with abdominal swelling and stomach pain. The fact is that the owner didn't apologize in the slightest for what happened, taking this allergy problem lightly, answering me in a very rude and arrogant way. We btw paid for the pizza that I couldn't finish and he kept arguing that I should have asked first. Beyond the fact that it is their obligation to expose the allergens (and they are already fined and I hope they receive a good inspection that sticks them given the arrogance of the character), the pizza from what world and world is with 00 flour so if different you have to say it, allergies are not a joke, if someone had an anaphylactic shock what would they have done? People's health is no joke and the ignorance of certain people is truly unacceptable. His collaborator apologized and made me understand that he was in good faith and if he had apologized to me, perhaps even offering me the uneaten pizza, everything would have been digested more easily. He's a grouch who has no manners with people and only acts like this because he knows that people go there anyway. Unfortunately I was really embittered .. obviously I will NEVER go back and I advise you to settle down because sooner or later you will pay for it. Allergic people beware!

Rifugio facilmwnte raggiungibile, con ampio parcheggio e, locale ben tenuto con possibilità di mangiare all' aperto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Servizio celere. Prezzi nella media polenta e gulash molto buona. Primi e carne buona.

Una garanzia. Ogni anno da molti anni mi fermo, che sia da solo o in famiglia sempre per pranzare e non sbagliano mai. Molto carino. Si può pranzare sia dentro che fuori. Non c'è problema di parcheggio. Devo scrivere 200 caratteri :) ma dico solo: andateci e rilassatevi.
