First and the last to stay in this hotel. Not very recommended especially when you met the receptionist who served us on 23-24 July 2024. No welcome greetings at all and unfriendly. Lucky we only stay 1 night for this hotel who claimed 4 étoiles. The breakfast was very basic like 1 star hotel in touristy areas. But the worse is all the employees of this hotel. Unbelievable it happened in France surtout a Rocamadour !

Very nice hotel in a very nice green setting within walking distance of Rocamadour. The setting is also the main drawback: difficult to reach without car.

Hotel in a wonderful location, with perfect service and very comfortable rooms. The restaurant is very spacious with excellent French cuisine. The staff are wonderful and make the experience that much more enjoyable. All in all a hotel to repeat.

Comfortable & very clean. Wonderful location IF you have a car. Close to Rocamadour & Padirac. Lovely pool. Helpful staff. Disappointing breakfast/ only snacks available in evening (restaurants nearby)

Highly recommended, we stayed for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We loved our room (really romantic and cozy) and an amazing view with a small and beautiful terrace. Great service, nice breakfast and a lovely decoration. We'll return for sure!

This is a great place to stay for a few days. On one side, it's located closed to Rocamadour and several other important sites. On the other hand, it is in the middle of a nice forest. It is possible to walk around without the need of a car.

Great hotel with a beautiful view. Friendly staff. Each Hotel room has coffee and tea. The restaurant has delicious food. The breakfast the restaurant offers has delicious food as well. I definitely enjoyed my stay there!

all great. Spacious room, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, beautiful views, huge TV, lovely staff. delicious breakfast. It is 5 minutes by car from Rocamadour, but you can park great in the hotel car park. We went with a baby and we have not had any problems. The only drawback is that the wifi was regular. We would return without a doubt

A disdainful treatment, lies and a robbery. We were traveling in the region late at night, our car indicated a breakdown and we made a reservation at the hotel, with the idea of looking for a workshop and visiting Rocamadour the next day. The car left to work in the middle of the road and we had to ask for help. I immediately tried to cancel the hotel reservation (20 minutes after having made it) the receptionist told me that there was no problem that the next morning he would make the cancellation. After verifying that the cancellation had not been accepted, I called again, explained our situation and that we are students, they dismissively told me that the room had been reserved and that they should charge for it. I have contacted customer service and I really hope they will reconsider their decision.
