Location was the best amenity. It is in the middle of a mall so if you needed something you easily found a store that could accommodate. In addition to being close to the airport and major highways. Staff was friendly and parking was free and plentiful

We had an absolutely amazing stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn, I must say that the General Manager, Kristen Ingles, and the Front Office Manager Marley Mounsey went above and beyond during our stay.
They are an absolutely huge asset to this property!

Walls are very thin. Heard doors, showers, and toilets all night. Room had not been dusted. Breakfast was an overpriced continental comparison of what other hotels give complimentary. Dinner not available. Entry way very appealing.

Solid stay for an unfamiliar area
My king room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, the couch in the room was extremely nice to decompress on. The bathroom was a fantastic experience. (The shower was almost decadent, with an excellent foot-rest for shaving and a gorgeous mirror.)
My only complaint, and it’s truly a minor one, is in regards to the soundproofing and lack thereof. When sitting in my room, every sound from the hallway sounds amplified. (Granted, small children running and screaming already sounds like it’s being amplified, but at five in the morning, it was not a pleasant experience.)
There was also a religious pamphlet stuffed under my door, which I believe was done by a fellow guest, as the Staff member I spoke to about it was very concerned.
Small issues aside, Hilton Garden Inn is a solid stay; centered in a lovely combination of stores and restaurants that, if one is unfamiliar with the area like I was, are easy enough to navigate around, even in snow.
