"Perfect location for what I was visiting for. Very impressed with the size of the room. Lots of space, small kitchenette which I wasn't expecting. Very clean. Comfy bed. Construction across the road, but didn't bother me, no inconvenience. Reception attended until 10pm which was good for any information and I found it felt safe and secure."

"There was a large parking lot to park cars. The check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was located on 3rd floor and there was no lift...The room was spacious and clean and was facing golf course with a pond. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the price was reasonable. It was raining on the next day and as there was no shelter from the room to the reception, we were a bit wet when walking to the reception for check-out. Overall, good!"

"Great hotel. The facilities are good and the staff is friendly. I got drink vouchers on arrival and they also provided secured carpark for the hotel guests. The room rate also included breakfast which was decent. The gaming room maybe a bit small but enough for me to lose $70."

"Very clean and comfy beds and I liked that the aircon worked. Room was quite small, really couldn't have fit a third real size person as well, lucky that one pulled out, having said that I wasn't expecting too much for the price, good value."

"The location of the hotel is okay. If you are not traveling by car, it is very convenient to take the bus. In addition, the room is also suitable for cooking and has a full set of kitchen utensils. The bad thing is that the sofa looks too dirty and smells bad, and the quilt on the bed looks old and unclean."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Francs JR pizza is a short walk and an excellent place. Motel is just 5min walk to the beach, amazing sunrises. The rooms come well equipped with kitchen utensils including toaster kettle, cutlery - all are Clean. Air Con/Heating works great. Shower works well and pumps out hot water when needed. The rooms and bathroom are well. Reception only operates between 2pm and 5pm but there are early check in and late check out boxes. They notifiy you via your booking agency or email how to check in out of hours. There is a pool - the staff are maintaing and cleaning everyday."

"This is located in Mermaid Cafe. I came to Gold Coast to attend a conference and stayed in Broadbeach area. I had a early morning flight from Gold Coast and wanted to spend the last night a little more nearer to airport. But found this place cozy and near to another beach. It was conveniently located near Tamborine Street bus stop from where you can take Bust # 777 to reach airport. Restaurants with seafood and other options are very near. Mermaid beach is also easily accessible from Camden Motor Inn. Reception was very helpful and check-in was smooth. She also printed my flight boarding pass upon my request. It seemed the facilities are not so good as they hanged the message that their pool was not heated and laundry was out of order. But when I got into my room, I found it was quite good. Spacios bedroom, comfortable and clean bed, nicely arranged kitchen made a very good impression to me. The stay was nice and well worth the price I paid for."
