A lovely welcoming guest house super kingsize bed clean warm , great location on bus routes to whitby and Scarborough. The local pubs did great pub food and good beers.close to Robin hood bay, good walk along the cinder track ( old railway line )back to whitby

This was a beautiful place to stay. The house is amazing, quirky and very comfortable. The bedroom is cosy but spacious with a comfy sofa. There's also a lush garden to sit in too. Janet was very helpful and kind. The vegetarian breakfast was beautifully cooked and served in a lovely dining room. It's about 20 minutes walk into Robin Hood's Bay. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, at Thorpe Green House Very spacious room It was very clean and tidy, hosts were very friendly. The only issue we had was they need blackout curtains light just poured in Not Far from Robin Hoods bay about a 20 minute walk downhill. There was a post office on station Road which was nearer the beach, which sold a few vegan pastries which was a bonus.

Great accommodation, host and veggie breakfast. Room was very comfortable and fairly spacious. Nice ensuite with good shower. Convenient location for going out. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Robin Hoods Bay.

We had two lovely nights at this bed and breakfast in Robin Hood’s Bay. It is in a great location in the upper part of the town. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and are made to order. It is very clean and very comfortable. We would love to return when we are once again in the area.

Wonderful hospitality from Janet, great breakfast particularly delicious home made bread. Really comfortable spacious room with toiletries supplied. Very quiet location making for a peaceful night's sleep. Would highly recommend a stay here!

A lovely quiet place run by a lovely couple Janet and Steve. Our room (room 2) was far bigger than it looked on the website which was a nice surprise. It was very comfortable with sofa and chairs. The bed was firm but not too hard. Importantly, the shower was good too. Breakfast was vegan perfect (and gluten free for me). There is a regular bus that stops almost outside the door for travel between Whiby and Scarborough.We will return when we're in the area again.

Great value bed & breakfast 15 minutes walk from delightful Robins Hood Bay. Lovely big room with bath & shower,, everything spotlessly clean. Decent breakfast with Janet's home baked bread.... Janet & Steve are kind,,relaxed & friendly hosts - thank you for looking after us - Lin & Dave ..
