DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! This place is awful it is dirty and smells like the old cabin that has not been opened in 30 years. I think they got the sheets and bedspread off of the bed that was in that old musty cabin as well.

Not what I expected. It’s a run down old motel. You can see light coming in under the door and around the air conditioner/heater. So you have to blast the heat on a cold night just to keep the room warm. Ice machine was broken. Asked the front desk for ice, no ice. Also when I got there, they wanted a 10 dollar service fee on top of what I already paid on line. Not impressed and would not go back again.

It was so fantastic. It was a perfect get away. Everything was just perfect. This will always be our place to go. We will see u again soon.

The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. The air condition was a little loud. The price was unbeatable and it was very comfortable. The only thing was there is absolutely nothing around it and I wasn’t so sure the car was OK being parked outside. But with that said, there was absolutely no problems with anything. It’s just a very remote location.

Very convenient tp the rest of my teavels. Ed were clean. Room was quiet. Only negative was that the room had musty odor.

Service was hassle-free and the room was clean and comfy. AC unit was a bit worse for wear but still worked. My main gripe is the parking lot. It's very cramped and there isn't enough spaces for every room. Larger vehicles may have a hard time squeezing though a full lot.

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful. Only 7 minute drive to busch gardens. Couldn't be happier with the price.

This place is very old and worn out. I understand that it answers to travelers with limited budget, but it’s unsafe with broken handrails and unpleasant with the musty smell in the bunker-like- bedroom in the suite. Also it wouldn’t cost them that much to provide clean towels and update bedding. I will definitely avoid that place even if I have to spend more for lodging in Williamsburg.

Very tiny towels, not enough of that provided, ran out of both toilet paper and tissues. All of the above is easy to acquire, though. Staff was friendly and room was clean.
