Great location, clean, spectacular view. Malcia (host) is a very sweet lady and very responsive. I’ll definitely come back here again. Small pool was perfect in the heat of the afternoon, very clean. Convenient parking. Quiet location for being so close to Quitos and Paradise Bar.

The discrimination of the property did NOT mention the 4 floors of stairs and the steep inclined drive way.
The TV did work and the property manger had no clue how to make it work.

The refrigerator didn’t work. There was a coffee pot but no coffee or cream and sugar. WiFi went out right in middle of nfl playoff game. Hotel is dated but clean

Apartment was nice. Lots of small
Items missing. Very few kitchen items available to cook with. Fridge had major ice build up. Super location! If they’d spent a few thousand dollars on each unit to bring them out of the 70’s, this place would be great. Overall, we had a super time!

The property is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The property has wonderful views of Cane Garden Bay and beyond, especially from the center eight units. The house keeping staff was friendly, responsive and keeps the property in great shape. Would definitely stay again if returning to Cane Garden Bay.

Hands down! I love this place! Ms. Malcia was an excellent host. Everything is convenient and this villa is clean and the view is amazing. I will stay here again. I felt like I was home staying here. I was sad to leave but I will definitely come back.

The location is ideal in relation to Cane Garden Bay beach however the location is up a steep hill. Also stairs to the upper level units. No worries for us but be advised. The pool is small but the courtyard is neat and includes a little wet bar area for drinks. This was our 4th stay there without issue. Certainly not like Quito's next door but certainly not the same price either!!

Amazing Villa! Direct ocean view, huge room with kitchen AND pool, and a very short walk to the beach and tons of amenities - food, drink, music, people- watching!
