The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest at night. The lobby is very clean, decorated with style, the bed in the room is comfortable, the sheets and quilt covers are comfortable, the overall environment of the room is also very warm, the room is very clean, there is a billiards room and a gym on the third floor, the view outside the window is very pleasant people. The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there. Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

A good hotel with really nice, hard-working staff. Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.

The place is really comforting as it feels less like a hotel, and rather apartment building. I arrived 10am and front desk (young gentleman) called his boss immediately. He never knew the process to check in a foreigner, so I helped him along. I could check-in. I ordered an executive-suite and that was it, but lacked many stuff. No scatter pillows on sofa, cutlery, basin in kitchen, and bathroom gowns. I would like to let the management know that there are no electrical outlet plugs in the bathroom, kitchen, and very inconvenient in the lounge. The fire-alarm flashes bright green lighting up the room waking you, likewise the electric toilet seat flashes throughout the night. These items should be considered. As this was more for leisure really no issues, there are comforts of thick carpets, bathtub, decent breakfast, easy location, affordability, modern TVs (internet has issues), wardrobe with quality hangers and a great shower (easily 6 people) I highly recommend this hotel and establishment.
