This is my 2nd time to stay in Sheraton Rizhao. I never disappointed. Workers are very kind, speak english very well and always warmly welcome to guests.

I am very careful when choosing a hotel. Let me talk about the good points first: 1. The rooms are very clean and large, with balconies to enjoy the view. 2. The decoration looks very new at first glance, from the shower room to the sink and toilet, it is very considerate. The hardware facilities are very complete. 3. The breakfast has a rich variety, including fried crab. 4. It is very close to the seaside, within walking distance, and not far from the town. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The service is really bad. Before booking, I called to ask if I could have a sea view. The waiter who answered the phone told me that I wanted an executive king room. Then I said that the reviews were all about superior king beds with sea views. She hesitated and said that it might be upgraded, and then said that I would upgrade it for you. When I arrived at the store, I still had the same problem and told her that she had called before and wanted to see the sunrise or sea view. Then the front desk clerk still asked me to buy an executive room. Don’t believe everything in the comments. I said those comments were all fake, but she didn't dare to admit it. Finally, they offered me a room at the end of the corridor after upgrading. I definitely would not agree. After a long time of tossing, I decided to take the first picture of the double bed room, which can see the sea view from a distance. As for the service, it is very disappointing that it is unprofessional and does not consider the guests. Finally, I had breakfast in the morning. I was given two of the four breakfasts I bought for two rooms. I was embarrassed and thought I was here to eat. It really made me sick. The first thing I consider when staying in a hotel is service, but I really cannot praise this service.

March is a good time to travel. The weather is getting warmer. It is a good choice to take my family out to play. I have stayed at Blue Sea in other cities before and felt very good. This time I chose Blue Sea again. It really did not disappoint me. The facilities are complete and relatively new. There is a lobby bar where you can have a cup of coffee, and there is a small refrigerator in the room. The service is super considerate. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. My child has the habit of drinking milk at night, and they will take the initiative to help heat it up. I am very touched. The environment is first-class. I had a pleasant stay at this establishment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired. The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience. However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.

Going to Weihai to pass Rizhao for one night, because it is more difficult to find a hotel with a puppy, this is a small red book to see it, the whole is OK, with a puppy can not be too particular. You can park at the door, the receptionist is particularly enthusiastic, will send some surrounding map attractions, and then take them to the room. The RV is set, there is a quite large yard, the room is relatively small, not dirty, but it is not good. Everyone asks differently. Next to it is a big campground, in fact, living in the campground tent is not bad hahaha. It is very convenient to take a puppy for a walk. The location is also very good, just a ten-minute walk from Wanpingkou Scenic Area. After all, it is not expensive, and the overall experience is not bad.

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. Although it was a bit busy because of a banquet that day, the staff checked in very attentively. When they saw a child, they took the initiative to provide slippers and toothbrushes for the child, and also gave him a sand-digging toy, which made the child very happy. The hotel environment and facilities met expectations. The only drawback was that one room was facing the street, and it was a bit noisy when cars passed by at night. The breakfast was good and varied, and the elderly liked it very much. There was also a free laundry room and gym available, and I was generally satisfied.

Bathing is convenient, the water flushes and drains quickly. Hygiene: Very 🆕, very clean! There is no peculiar smell in the whole room, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the lighting is OK~ Environment: The traffic is relatively convenient on Wulian Road near Wanda Plaza in the city. There is a newly opened all-in-one coffee shop next to the hotel, where you can order coffee (the store is currently being improved) Service: Very nice, smiling service at the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and a small shell gift was given after check-out... Breakfast and price match. The slight flaw may be the breakfast. There doesn't seem to be many varieties, but the taste is okay~ I will come here again next time I come to Rizhao! 😍

Traveling with my elderly family for a relaxing getaway. The room overlooks East Lake, offering a great view. The hotel is conveniently located near Exit 2. Although the 8-minute walk seemed a bit far at first, it was easily accessible after dinner, making it a convenient location. The hotel car can drop you off at the hotel entrance. Just cross the street and turn left, then cross the street just before Exit 2. It's actually not far from Exit 1 either, as there are many restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast was decent, but overall quite good. The dinner buffet cost 138 per hotel guest, and while the vegetables were a bit limited, everything else was fine. It's convenient for those who don't want to travel too hard. The welcome fruit was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was okay. The room I was initially assigned had a strange odor, so I changed it immediately.

In terms of location, it is not far from the beach. The service is generally good. They sent cakes in the afternoon and the front desk also helped to upgrade the room. But in terms of hotel facilities, it is indeed a bit old. What makes me most uncomfortable is the mattress. I really can't praise it. Old-style springs, collapsed around the edges, hard in the middle. For a four-star hotel, the breakfast has too few varieties. The taste is also average. If you don't mind these, it is generally good, and the service is quite good. Parking is also very convenient.
