因為看着是新酒店才選擇，小寶心心念的要住滑梯房，實際也的確也還不錯。無論是早餐自助、房間設施、大廳環境還是服務態度各方面都挺好。娃兒們對於房間的滑梯最喜歡，呲溜呲溜滑個不停…服務員和樓層經理也都比較熱情負責，因為是新裝修的酒店自己鼻子又比較敏感，進到房間就感覺有些味道，跟客服要空氣凈化器，經理接着就安排服務員送來了新得凈化器和綠植，效率還是蠻高的。酒店配備健身房和洗衣房，小寶喜歡吃吸吸果凍前台小張經理送了好幾個，深得孩子喜歡。此次入住唯有一點遺憾就是，老公去年給我買的生日禮物Cleer AR耳機在酒店掉了😭不清楚是保潔人員收拾房間時撿到未上報還是耳機掉在了比較隱祕的角落裡，總之就是離開酒店後就再也不見了。當離開酒店幾個小時後我發現耳機不見的時候就跟酒店聯繫，經理詢問保潔人員她才説耳機沒發現衹有晾衣繩，正因為這樣才不得不讓我懷疑。顧客退房後保潔打掃房間發現有遺漏物品不應該是立即上報通知顧客是否需要返回去拿或者酒店幫寄回的嗎？為何我不詢問保潔人員便不説了？提一點建議，像你們這種旅遊城市，這個價位的酒店應當算是按高端做的了，保潔員的專業性還是要系統培訓一下。當然，前台張經理和酒店運營趙經理也是事後負責任的再次幫忙詢問和尋找我的耳機。雖然最終我的耳機仍未找到但他們的工作態度還是值得稱讚。哎…就是可惜丟失了心愛的耳機，也是怪自己怎麼就沒有看好呢😭入住感總體還是滿意的，適合親子出行。
